You're so natural and laid back your very relaxing to watch, but also exciting when you get into a nice fish. In the beginning I wasn't sure where Keenen fit into your channel, but after watching a lot of your videos I now look forward to seeing him also. He's very kind, witty, and helpful as well as having a wide variety Maine outdoors and homesteading skills that complement your channel. Just happened upon your channel a couple days ago sure brings back a lot of good memories was stachened in northern Maine at loring afb about 30 years ago killed my first buck and black bear done a lot of fishing ice fishing and bird hunting loved it not much ice fishing here in South Eastern Kentucky will keep watching keep up the good work

Sandisk Extreme 1TB SSDs are the cat’s ass. Like an external drive with no moving parts. I fill em up regularly and then get a new one. Keeps my laptop clean and clear.

Cooking videos would be fun. I could see you doing a whole series on game that you harvest and recipes that you use. While there are some decent non-traditional protein cookbooks out there, I suspect there’s not a lot of video channels for folks who want to cook bear, moose, venison, bird or fish. Congrats on hitting your goals. One of mine is to find a slice of north maine woods paradise and slowly build a homestead. Need to sort out finding some land first…..

No offense but the logo needs some work. Love the state outline, you could do a heart instead of a pin. Indicating your location in Maine is very cool. Maybe some tracks instead of full animal outlines. Great stuff all around! Glad I found your channel. Congrats on your buck!

Hello Emily, I have a youtube channel as well. I was monitized about a year ago. As you know you can't take your money till you make $100 so I have been able to take $100 so far and I think I am getting close to the next now. It is slow at first I guess. I am not chasing the analytics though. I make a video about what I want to do and what happens happens. I watch my views and see what people like. The challenge about making a video a week or more is exactly what you already described, storage. I have two External hard drives one was 2 terabytes and that is full. I purchased a 3 Terrabyte one at the beginning of the year and that is filling up as well. As you know when you film you may not even use half of the videos that you have recorded. You are doing well. I enjoy all your videos. I saw that my channel could be split because of my disability, and that could go in a separate direction, so I made a second channel (Handy-Capable). This way I can continue in one direction with my Maine North Woods Hunter channel and go in a different direction with the second channel. That may be something you could look into as well. Love your matter of fact approach. Keep at it, you're doing great. Go back thru your videos and pull parts out to make a new video. All your coyote catches in a video, all your ice fishing catches in a video, any outtakes or bloopers, etc. What type of knive do you use and why, your boots, water filter when hiking or camping. Product specific items so you can add a link for people to purchase and you get a portion of the sale.

You fail to respond to some of my "LIKES & COMMENTS" never said a bad thing against you or your channel. I think you should at least respond, what do you think? Reply if you want, I will wait to see how you feel.
