I tried to 'repair' OnDrive but it only allowed me to uninstall. Then, I installed it from the store. When I ran it, I got a message that it is no longer supported and to install the 'new'' version. This version (which is on the web) is a complete piece of crap and does not have the options, from the old version related to backup or sync. Now my folder on the PC is completely out of sync with the cloud.

Hello, thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately, when old versions of Microsoft Apps are no longer supported, you'll need to use the newest version. However, the desktop version of OneDrive is still available, so you shouldn't need to rely on the web version. To download the desktop version of OneDrive, download it from the link below: www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onedrive/download You can also download your Microsoft 365 apps from microsoft365.com by clicking the "Install Apps" button (located in the top right). If your syncing issue persists, try changing the folder location while setting up the desktop version. You should see this option in the bottom left, opposite the "Next" button. Please let us know if we can assist you further.

Hi, we're sorry to hear you're having trouble signing into OneDrive. If OneDrive isn't working when using the same folder, try choosing a new location instead by clicking "Choose new folder," or click "Change location" before clicking "Next." If you have any more problems, please reply to this message. Good luck!

Hello, thanks for getting in touch. We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble syncing in Firefox and Microsoft Edge. Please try the following steps: 1) Clear the cache in Firefox and Edge. - In Edge, click the three dots in the top right. - Go to "Help and feedback." - Then select "About Microsoft Edge," and you'll be given the option to update Edge if required. - In Firefox, click the three bars icon in the top right. - Go to "Help." - Then select "About Firefox," and you'll be given the option to update Firefox if required. - Alternatively, go to "Settings" after clicking the three bars icon. - Then type "Update" into the search bar in the top-right, and you'll be given the option to update Firefox if required. 2) Clear the cache in Edge and Firefox. - In Edge, click the three dots in the top right. - Select "Settings" in the dropdown. - Head to the left menu and select "Privacy, Search, and Services." - Scroll down to "Clear browsing data" and click the "Choose what to clear" button. - Make sure "Cookies" and "Cached data and files" are selected, then hit "Clear now." - In Firefox, click the three bars icon in the top right. - Go to "Settings" in the dropdown. - Select "Privacy & Security" in the left menu. - Scroll down to "Cookies and Site Data" and hit the "Clear data" button. - Make sure "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content" are selected, then hit "Clear now."
