Hey, thanks for the review. It was very thorough and provided a great perspective from a smartwatch user's standpoint. I get mine next week, we'll see how it goes!
9:49 - the peak brightness is actually 1000 nits. You can try to turn off/on the auto brightness and see if that makes it brighter. I have a 600 nits watch and the OP2 is much brighter
Quick question...the battery life of 4-5 days is fully smart mode or with the turn on of the battery safe mode? I had only 3 days with smart mode till hit 10 percent save mode turn on
Yes, smart mode, using everything, 3 to 5 days. If you are heavy user, you could kill battery in 3 days. I found AOD and GPS big battery drains. In power saving mode I got about 10 days, I think OnePlus claims up to 12 days.
@@ischartun third party apps could also be responsible. Try deleting any you are not using, and may restarting the watch. It probably will not make a terrible difference but you could also decrease frequency of HR, stress, SpO2. Also decreasing screen on duration might help. Hope this helps!
I was amazed at how well the watch switches between the 2 chips. I did not notice any stutters at all, I think all watches should be designed with 2 chips to save battery. I have a tips and tricks video on the OnePlus watch 2 coming out in a few weeks if your interested. Thanks for watching!
