OnePlus Watch 2: Setup & Settings 

As far as I know, there isn’t a way to do that. You can do raise to wake when you get a vibration or ping that you’ve got a notification and when you raise and look at the watch, the notification will be there. But, there isn’t an option like with the AOD on a phone, where incoming notifications will wake up the screen. Maybe, that something that can come in an update if enough people request it.

Yes, you can. I do this all the time.

I wanted the Black Steel color, at first, because I really like the black Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, that I got, but, yet again, i'm not disappointed that I ended up having to go with another color. The Black Steel was a ways out, for shipping, at the time. The Radiant Steel color is beautiful. I'm trying to decide what other bands to pick up, to go with it. The included band is nice, but it's starting to irritate my wrist a little. It's not their fault or the materials. It's the style of band and I have always had issues with these styles bothering me. I have to go for the style like Apple does for their sports band or a metal clasp or magnetic clasp style. I might try my first stretchy band and give some other styles a try to see what I like and provide some reviews on bands. I'm very happy with my purchase, so far.

@@vasilis.k I don’t have any way of testing it with that phone but it should work. As long as you can install the Ohealth app, it can connect and sync up.

I'm not sure that is possible. The closest I could think of would be to have earbuds paired to the phone and pickup on the watch and then choose the earbuds as the source. Why would want to be able to pick up on the watch, but not talk over it? I'd need a little more information to provide a possible solution.

@@MichaelPepperTech i had fossil gen 5. I used to click button on watch to pick up call. Later I would talk over phone. That is convenient as it helps to not delay the call or get disconnected. Well if this is the case, then I will have to get used to it, soon. Thanks for replying.

@mohitshah4159 I see. Any smartwatch I’ve used would let you pick up on the watch but then you could grab your phone and continue from there but I haven’t known any watch to let you pickup and have it pickup on the phone. You can transfer to the phone or earbuds. It makes sense because the watch is seen like a headset by the phone and audio is routed like a headset would receive from the phone. It takes some adjustment but once you’ve adapted, it’s pretty simple.

Yes, you can. You just have to install the Ohealth app on the Samsung phone in order for the watch to pair and to be able to change settings and stuff. Thanks for watching and commenting!

So far I've been looking at 4 days on a single charge. That's with sleep tracking enabled but the AOD off. I've yet to actually let it die. Thanks for watching!

It is not compatible with iOS. The OHealth app doesn't exist on the App Store. So, no way to sync it and connect it that way.

If you go into settings >controls > home button and set it for recent tasks, then, double clicking the home button will bring up the open apps (recent tasks). Press and hold to close each app. I hope that helps. Thanks for watching and commenting!

Go into Settings - Other - Google - Assistant and turn on "Hey Google!". Keep in mind that it will reduce the battery life because the microphone will have to run in the background.

Oneplus Watch 2 is fully compatible with Facer app...

I've used it with my S24 Ultra and it works. Just keep in mind that certain things like syncing up certain settings from your phone and watch might not work as seamlessly. Having do not disturb match up between the watch and phone might not work. I've not noticed any other issues. I don't have the Vivo phone to test it with, though.

I understand why it wouldn't work with the Huawei because of Google Play Services missing. But, not sure why it wouldn't work with the Vivo Neo 8. Could be just a requirement for a global device that needs to have certain things for WearOS watches to work. I've only tested it with my OnePlus 12 and S24 Ultra, so far.

I haven’t tried it with my S24 Ultra, yet. It might be that Samsung stifles notifications with non Galaxy Watches. I know that my Galaxy Watch 5 Pro would require a partner app to work with other phones. I know the Ohealth app works on non OnePlus Android phones, but not sure what they limit. I will give it a try, eventually and see if notifications are an issue. Thanks for watching and commenting!
