OMG! Guitars, drums, keyboard! 1st time listening to them, I'm an 80's girl and this hit all the buttons!!! Definitely going to do some downloading!

***Long Comment Alert*** lol For this song in particular, the band is technically on a hiatus since the lead singer and electric guitarist are serving their military duty until the end of this year. The three younger members will eventually have to complete their service as well, so it remains unclear how the band's music production will be affected for the next few years. But at the moment the band can't really do music shows or promotions, so only the dedicated fans are probably seeing the MV in the algorithms. But the bigger questions "Why don't more people know them?" "Why are they so underrated?" are harder to answer. It's easy to point fingers at RBW and say that they have done a bad job of promoting ONEWE, (though that is a valid factor) however I always hesitate to point fingers so easily. I've started to think about it as a matter of perspective and comparison. ONEWE is underrated compared to what? Personally, I consider several things. 1) The Korean music market at this point in time does not cater to bands. You've got a handful of the "well-known" bands, but K-pop has generated the wider domestic and global audience overall, and those popular K-bands still can barely match the numbers of K-pop artists. K-pop reactors are used to K-pop view numbers, but the sad truth is that it is not realistic comparison. If you compare ONEWE view numbers compared to the other indie K-bands like LUCY and Hoppilina (who also make great music) ONEWE is pretty darn successful. 2) Size of market. For better or for worse, English is the 'global' language. The 'popular' Korean and Japanese bands (here's looking at you ONE OK ROCK) are great musicians who make awesome music, but just about all of them have successfully integrated English into parts of their songs or sing English songs fairly unaccented. I'm not saying its fair, but musicians and bands which utilize English well are more likely to reach a more 'popular' status. ONEWE is just making that step now, but results are not instantaneous. 3) Time. It's just my opinion that the modern music industry (and society) is so used to instant gratification and viral hits there is an unsaid assumption that something 'awesome' is going to be popular, or worse, only awesome things are popular. By that logic if something is not popular then it can't be THAT good, right? No, there are plenty of talented musicians/singers who have lived in the world but never reached superstar status but they are still AMAZING. My favorite music artist is Twenty One Pilots, and while they are a household name now, they made music and toured for close to 10 YEARS before reaching that status. Sometimes the road to success is long and hard, and maybe 'success' isn't reaching 20 million views on an MV. I watch a lot of ONEWE reactions, and EVERYONE is impressed by them. In my eyes their music is incredibly successful in its power and quality, it's just not as widely recognized. I do want them to be recognized for the work and passion in music, but I believe in their musical ability, and trust that they will be successful in whatever they do in music. I feel so bad their company doesn’t even seem to have plans on promo🥲🥲🥲(their frontman and guitarist are currently away in the military) This is such a great song, problem is people do not get to hear it, like a lot of their other works🥲🥲🥲 By the way I believe they’re uploading a solo cam of their drummer in a couple hours so if you’re in for some fire drumming go check it out on their RU-vid channel🔥

This song is proving that 2023 is gonna be a great year. So many superb songs already and it's only February. Definitely underated and overlooked - i think only Birb, Fifi and yourselves have reacted to this so far. It definitely needs more reactors to represent and spread the word. I'm 100% sure Umu will be reacting to this!! This song is how I feel Prince would have been involved with kpop if he had still been around today... this song and Mamamoo's "1,2, 3, Eoi!". They both contain his style, some of his sound, hints at his production. This song just showcases great songwriting, excellent musicians and a clear production style. Also for Diddy: Twice will be honoured at Billboard Women In Music Awards on 1 March 2023 at the RU-vid Theatre in LA as "Breakthrough Artist". It's the first time a Korean artist has been given an award at this ceremony. MS debuted at #84 on the Hot 100. Tickets are on sale!!
