Yeah, After messing with it some I will see if enough has changed/added to that I would need to make another video as I covered some of it in my 4.3 beta video.

I have covered some of the major improvements/updates in my 4.3 beta video. However, if people would like it I can go through a more in-depth breakdown of all the changes.

I hope on next update they will include PSP emulator, and yes, their hardware are enough to run a PSP game

I don't think I saw PSP on the development calendar. No harm in hoping for that to change though. Not sure how well it would run games without a GPU.

Unless GPU support is planned for OnionOS, something like psp emulation is completely out of the question. And even with gpu support, I dont know why you think that the miyoo is powerful enough for psp, I have never seen anybody mention this before. I highly doubt that it will ever run any 3d psp games.

Yeah, the Miyoo Mini does not even have a GPU to support. Maybe in the next Miyoo device if they add a GPU it might be a possibility.

I put Batocera on my RG35XX and RG35XX-H and they both play most PSP games very well

Hello Henry! I'm sorry to comment on a 5 month old video but I can't seem to find how to change the boot-up splash screen. I see yours says "Game Dad" which is pretty awesome, where do you change that? Thank you!

Yeah that would be cool to have that on the main frontend. Advancemenu is available in Onion OS and that supports video previews and can be a cool way to browse through your games sometimes. onionui.github.io/docs/apps/advancemenu

Did they fix the incorrect battery % bug?

Not aware of a battery % bug. The Mini has no Battery Management System so Onion calculates the remaining battery percentage based on the voltage. You can see more about that here: onionui.github.io/docs/faq#why-is-my-battery-percentage-fluctuating-and-how-do-i-know-if-the-device-is-fully-charged They did add a battery tool in this version : onionui.github.io/docs/apps/battery-tool If you are having a different issue let me know.

Hello, I have a question. I have the desmume emulator for ds on my mac, I want to transfer my roms to my miyoo mini plus, but without losing the progress I have saved, is there any way I can transfer them with all the progress?? especially the pokemon ones

Yeah you should be able to move over your saves by putting them into the folder on your SD card located here: saves/currentprofile/state/drastic.

@@PhyrexTechs I don’t know why it didn’t work, I tried everything. When I put the SD into the miyoo, it doesn't read the information from the archive I put in, and when I plug the SD back into the computer and go to saves/currentprofile/state/drastic, the information I put in is still there, but it creates a new one of the game instead of reading the one I want the miyoo to use. Do you know what I have to do in this case ??

An easier way to do this is by using the Onion OS desktop app if you have a windows computer. github.com/schmurtzm/Onion-Desktop-Tools/blob/main/README.md I should be releasing a video on this in the next few days.

Could you make a video discussing about NETPLAY on the Miyoo+? It's a big problem because it isn't stable. I'm not sure what the reason is, whether it's related to Onion OS or RetroArch. I noticed that in your package manager, there is an NETPLAY app available, but I do not have it. I have personally have not had great experiences with Netplay on the Miyoo Mini Plus recently. I have been able to get it connected and working, but anytime I am not sitting right next to the person I'm playing with, I get desyncd/disconnected. I think this is an issue with the devices weak wifi chip, but I can't be sure. I have used RA netplay on the PC and not had issues with it so I don't think that is the issue. The Netplay app in the package manager is no longer there as I don't think it is needed anymore to start netplay sessions. Now you just hit the Y button on the Game to start it up with Netplay enabled. If I am able to find a way to get it working more consistently I will make a video on it.

@@PhyrexTechs Because the Miyoo+ has wifi, that is the main feature of that device. It would be great if you could create a video for netplay. I will be waiting for your video. Thank you.
