Onion Seed Sowing and Nursery bed preparation & How to made the seeds bed for onion growing in Pak 

Proper cultivate the land for nursery beds, if you have weeds issues, make sure you have cultivated the land and irrigate it. Leave it for some day. When all weed grown, with rotavator cultivate it again.
Al ways make the raised beds for nursery. That size is 2.5 inches height, wide 4 feet. Long as much you want.
Make the rows on each bed and drop the seeds singly
Now cover the seed with dry dung(سوکھی گوبر) (2 years old one) or use the Ashes(راکھ) or rice husk (چاول کا چھلکا)
Irrigation has two methods, in raised beds two times daily till 100% germination done with shower. In ground pockets most of people irrigate the bed and then broadcast the seeds and then cover it. Then they do not irrigate till all seeds germinate.
Note: best way is raid beds. Its safe seeds germination up to 95%, in ground pockets you can get the germination up to 70%.
Always soak the seeds in normal temp. water for 12-14 hours. Most of farmers soak it in night and on the next day. Spread it on cotton cloth to dry it. And then put in ground to grow.
For fertilizers: In most of farmers practices: DAP is used in soil in the time of land preparation.
For Weeds control: Hoeing is done. No weedicide is used.
For Disease: in most farmers practices: Topsin M (Arysta life) is used in irrigation or in showering,
