I got diagnosed at like 35 and it was a wild ride, but that was also before you got diagnosed, and i had the feel of player recognize game before that, and it was really cool to me hearing something like my experience from the outside. It's been a nice release honestly. Not worry about when to upload something, no worry if i can pay my rent due to how inconsistent ads are on RU-vid. Stepping away from youtube full-time and working an IRL job was the best decision for me. I work with hundreds of people face to face and it placed me outside of my internet bubble.
This really is America in a nutshell. Someone not wanting to do their job they get paid for and getting out of it by telling you someone else can help you with that, which really just ends up being an infinite loop until someone is forced to actually do their job they get paid for.
That's what I was thinking. What a bloody mess of a system. They should have simple federal proforma rules for getting a case to a particular jurisdiction if you all live in different ones. Maybe a judge in each State to nominate a jurisdiction all parties must accept. Same for various plaintiffs versus one or more defendant but the same issue. Talk about make it deliberately complicated. Same if you want to sack your lawyer. Submit a relevant form to the jurisdictional court, end of. No wonder it all takes so long.

And ffs anyone can see why they might have thought you submit request to change judges to the judge you currently have. It seems respectful. You are assigned to judge X, why would you file under judge Y? He expects them to see it from the judge POV about "foisting it onto colleagues". They're not judges they're attorneys. Why would you expect to submit anything to someone who has not agreed to hear yr case or have anything to do with it?
So this might be a small thing, but stuff gets screwed up in the legal system all the time. The number of times that judges have to scold attorneys for messing up filings or missing a deadline is ridiculous. Onision shouldn't act like he's better than the lawyers who screwed up. He couldn't even sue the right Chris Hansen, so I highly doubt he would even know that cases could be consolidated.

The two of them together spend their money so stupidly that they legitimately were on the verge of declaring bankruptcy at one point (I don't know if they still are). Onision was making about $5000 per month on Patreon and another $3000-5000 per month on RU-vid at one point, and the two of them blew through all of their money in about 10 years. He got banned from Patreon for doxxing Billie in November 2016, and then he got banned from RU-vid after Sarahs' interview with Chris Hansen. Kai used to go shopping and throw away all of their old clothes about once a month. They would go on dates where they would go to expensive restaurants and film themselves eating. Kais' whole channel was just videos of him buying/trying/using/eating things. They would buy all sorts of tech for themselves and their kids, like computers, iPads, cell phones, etc. Apparently they spent so much money that Kai had to get a job working at a daycare just to support them (well, he did before somebody recognized him and he got fired).

I think Regina and Sara is trying to combine their lawsuits into one so their arguments are stronger together. Two individual cases would be simple to dismiss as Googles attorney even admits to expecting their motions to dismiss to have been dismissed a while ago but it seems the motion to combine the cases is holding their involvement.
This is a civil suit against Onision and Kai for inappropriate sexual/grooming behavior towards them as minors, and against Google for continuing to platform them despite repeated accusations and inappropriate use of their platforms.
From his voice he only sounds like he's recently just started testosterone or is on a very low dose, lots of trans guys look far younger although yeah I bet Onision loves his teenage boy appearance

Onision tries to communicate with Lucas/Kai , sending them notes (they seat next to eachother) but you can clearly see that they are not interested and look kinda annoyed. From the begining. I bet this is how the relationship now works
Onision telling the judge they want to go Pro Se with the other case...I said at the same time the judge did, "Can't give you legal advice". Maybe Onision can use Google to realize you can fire your lawyer, but you have to pay them for their work on your behalf up to that point. That needs to be done in court. He looks so smug, but this is just the beginning of everything, not the end.

Usually I would agree with you, however as of late there have been some MAJOR cases that have been won by people pro se including Yonas Fikre v. the US government. There's also the pro se litigat who sued Gateway and won in I think 2009? It wasn't millions (he got his money back plus 30k) but he beat GATEWAY. That's a HUGE deal!

I'm not in the US, so the rules may be different, but my experience where i live is that you are allowed to quietly communicate with your lawyer during hearings, usually you write notes. Given that they don't have a lawyer, it's probably not inappropriate that they communicate with each other, but i understand why people could read it as weird or disrespectful (and maybe they are being disrespectful and just texting like "get a load of these idiots", idk lol. But point being, the judge likely won't assume they're just being dicks)
They are allowed. They can communicate, they cannot just disrupt proceedings. In courtroom they would be allowed to pass notes too. But it is interesting to see how Kai is not interested in any notes from onion. They even look annoyed with Greg.

In all this time all they've managed is to get one jurisdiction for both cases to be heard against all defendants (Jacksons/Google) but still 2 separate Judges. One for Regina and one for Sarah when their cases are almost identical against the same defendants for the same thing so someone should've applied for the cases to be joined and heard by one Judge. No one seems to have done that in a year and the Judge is annoyed about wasting court resources.
Nah this is his job. They fucked up pretty majorly. This is embarrassing for the lawers. The lawyer I work for is lazy but even he has never messed up this bad. Like we get things sent back if there is one extra space in a document. That's how specific this stuff is.
@needmoresnacks I only file motions for a foreclosure lawyer in most states but not California. My lawyer is afraid to work in California lol. All law is very specialized. It seems to me that Greg is trying to evade the other side establishing jurisdiction or venue. It wouldn't surprise me if he moves again to another state and files bankruptcy again or pulls some similar shit. This is such a strange couple of cases even the judge doesn't know what the procedures are. The lawyers were lazy too it seems. Greg is like a little rat that keeps scattering away and because he's acting so oddly they dropped the ball on venue. So in short I don't know exactly wtf is going on. But obviously it's procedural. I think Greg is trying to be procedurally abusive while playing the victim at the same time. The judge literally just gave him legal advice right after telling him he couldn't with that letter crap. Oy.
@needmoresnacks I also have a theory he is signing lawyers on, paying them enough to add themselves, then stiffing them so they aren't doing anything else, leaving everyone in limbo. Then, the other side is blocked from moving forward because he has representation, but they aren't getting paid, so they aren't doing the work. Then Greg gets to play the victim and stretch it out longer. If he's doing that, he's an evil genius.

Then they (sarah and Lucas) started dating shortly after. (I believe that's how it happened, but it was something like that) it was an abusive situation and they're just now going to court for it.
Lainey and Sarah met on Twitter when Sarah was 14. They had a publicly flirty relationship which concerned viewer. Sarah first went to live with Greg and Lainey at 16 to get away from a bad home life. Lainey had power of attorney over Sarah. Sarah shortly moved out because of well deserved backlash at how creepy it was for her to be living with them. Sarah would often visit Greg and Lainey and when she was 18 she was allegedly pulled into a sexual situation with Lainey and Greg. Greg and Sarah continued to have a sexual relationship briefly until this situation all exploded and Greg accused Sarah of “graping” him and Lainey and Sarah accused Lainey and Greg of grooming.
