Yeah, we laugh a lot about teachers but it's so sad what they go through. If I was there I would feel so bad. Many colleges overwork their teachers and they don't even get paid properly enough to sustain a decent livelihood. That's the harsh reality.
@@brothersaurabh8117 she just said in the video. She couldn't make the ppt so she's teaching from there. It's very easy to judge them but can you do what they're doing? At least that teacher is making an effort to teach . In my college , most of the times the teacher just gave us pdf and notes and told us to read it all by yourself. Pdf is just a format. Reading pdf doesn't mean you gained knowledge.
Yes exactly , I was about to say this almost every teacher has this one quality which I lovee they might be angry but when they start teaching their voice becomes calm automatically!!
This is what happens in India. Employers use normal things like a relieving certificate and experience certificate to blackmail their employees. People are laughing, but this is too common in toxic work places.
@@jabirmohammedhussain7091 teacher wants to leave the college because of shit pay and toxic work culture, but the management is holding her experience letter hostage by dumping lots of workload on her. Most definitely denying her resignation as well.
There needs to be a government forum where employees can be taken seriously. All countries I've worked for abroad including the middle east you can do this. This is simple human right violations
@@jonathanalvinrays..7070 yeah replace faulty staff with faulty staff, if the school doesnt even have any reputation, then theyll only keep hiring faulty staff
It not just about business. Sometime we need to feel the pain of other people too When i was getting 30K , Still I can't save any single penny (10-15K house rent, 4-5K on Groceries, Rest money for kids) Remember some people doing much hardwork even Saturday Sunday but they are not getting enough paid
@@dkjb5756 That's is what I meant in my comment. Its unfair for that teacher, she is putting in so much hard work but her school management is not supporting her.
Story of every other employee in India lol.. But still I feel this lady went overboard by behaving so immaturely in between a class, u shudn't forget ur basic etiquettes no matter what the circumstances be, I hv been in a similar situation as this lady at my previous workplace and wanted to explode in between the meetings so many times but somehow managed to keep my calm coz that's how it shud be when u're in a professional environment, behaving like a child gets u nothing in the end..!!
Wow people are now judging ma'am for being unprofessional. 1st of all you can't judge someone coz you don't know what she's going thru. Some people can be always professional but some can't, they might have some medical issues or mentally pressured by someone etc. which is not okay !! Come on it's 2022, people have to stop judging other's
@@kaeez She wasn't angry until that women instigated her. She said nothing but was doing her duty in her last day. She only said she is resigning only.
I of course laughed at her , but then I understand her pressure, I've seen many HODs being pressurising and bossy without being dutiful which affects the other teachers or colleagues or whoever. As the woman revealed, She gets only 35,000 while the HOD gets 10,000 more than double her salary, besides, she is the one who is more pressurised - I love the fact that she had the courage to spit it directly to the face of the HOD
It cannot be possible that only the HOD is at fault. This shouting lady might be the lazy, incompetent and unprofessional one in her conduct, which she showed in this video.
To everyone who's laughing on this ma'am, think about how you would have felt if she was your mother and a college teacher teaching students, putting in full efforts only to earn a basic salary. Pls think about it.
That "chee" has more expression and delivery timing than any of the dialogue delivered by Arun Kapoor, Janhavi, Selmon bhoi, Sonam, Ananya, disha, Varun Dhawan etc full career combined.
This is just sad. Really feel bad for the professor. I agree that it wasn't the right place to relieve the frustration, but kudos to the fact that she continued teaching after venting for a while. Hope she experiences better days soon.
@@srivignesh3643 if that teacher is really interested in teaching she would have never been bothered about how much they pay her initially or how much pressure is on her. She would have done her job honestly and with complete interest... In oder to get rid of their pressure they show that anger or pressure on students

This job mainly requires high level of patience and communication skills, if their English isn't good that's ok, things can be managed but if communication or interaction skills are not good nothing works.. if u get angry at even smallest silly reasons then seriously teaching profession isn't meant for that person
I really feel sorry for her. I'm a working woman & I clearly relate to her. Every Indian company harrasses the employees to the core. There is so much politics so much favoritism so much boot licking. I have quit most of companies due to ill bosses. While those bosses still enjoying their comfort zones in the same company.
May be that teacher is aged or not beautiful Sometime people get promoted based on the personality although if years of experience or Job profile is same The moment she said " You earning 80K, For me just 35K" I felt her pain
This kind of overworking culture I've noticed is unfortunately not only in india even in other asian countries and we all share similarities in culture ... I think there is seriously some deep rooted mindset problem in culture and how it works... Even developed asian countries like Japan and S.Korea treat their employees like this even if they are already developed and advanced in technology... There is seriously some deep shit analysis and solution is needed
The conversation may seem animated , but when you think about what made her to reach a decision is worth evaluating. The amount of prolonged stress, dissatisfaction, abandonment she had to face in her career reflects in her voice. The youngsters who laugh about it in the comment section, this is what you are going to face in future. Better be prepared, life isn't fair. It's very competitive , this conversation is a warning sign. Mental & physical well-being is "the" only thing which matters in life. Good luck 🙏🏼
The instant switch in tone while teaching is a grim indicator that many would be just on this brink but when you are attending their lecture you notice nothing.
Yea, its common in most private Institutes, underpay, overdue salary payment(there were cases where teachers were not paid for over a year during Covid when they most needed it) , overworked, extra responsibility. But management gets most benefits, huge salary pay etc etc and that to at time, here most Institute only try to build image and not quality work and education environment.
This is a very serious problem, teachers are overworked and underpaid. The same thing happened at my school, three teachers suddenly decided to quit, as in they just took their last salary and never came back because they weren't getting their salaries on time so our class teachers had to cover for them while the management was searching for new teachers. Seeing her struggle to manage so many subjects and stressed out of her mind everyday was depressing.
You know she went back to teach after the heated conversation, which shows she isn't shying away from teaching it could be and imo most probably is that the college is at fault who may have not being fair with her in terms of pay or work pressure.
glad you understand her frustration. it's so sad seeing all the funny comments on her just because of English pronunciation, as if she is not human worthy of empathy because she is isn't capable of speaking English well.
You lack empathy. So you understand others emotions only if you go through it first. Otherwise others pain is source of fun and laughter for you. So sad these kind exist
@@srivignesh3643 empathy is a myth. One can can only understand those emotions which he/she have gone through. obviously i can understand her emotion of "frustration" but the lack of experience as an employee would have act as a barrier for me to truly emphasize with her... A similar analogy would be of a colour blind person. Who can't understand the difference between two colors until he sees it with EnChroma glasses So please keep your posturing to yourself
This is quite hurtful bro. I dont understand where is humor in this? Lack sympathy or what? During covid times a teachers job was way hectic whereas students chilled the most. My neighbour is a school teacher.
@@vishalprasad993 bro this video is just a part of a very big story. I know the whole story and the teacher is the one who is wrong. So don't over exaggerate things. PEACE ✌️
No bro, it depend on years of experience, Job profile and hard work Sometime it really happens, where you and your colleague having same years of experience You also doing the same job equivalent to him/her but difference in the salary package can hurt anyone Thatswhy HR always say to their employee, please don't disclose your salary with anyone That information is confidential 😂🤣
I was a teacher in high school before. In Primary school, they used to pay teachers salary of 8000 only and work load of 16 hours. I still have PTSD of over work. High school students still understand everything, so it's easy to teach them, but primary teachers are amazing, they teach students to hold pen and read and understand. Plus they have paper work which doesn't end in school as well as we take it home. Check 100s of papers, homeworks and then give detailed reports of it to Management. Also listen to swearing of parents plus management. i can totally understand this lady if she can't take the pressure. Teachers are unfortunately most underpaid employees
She's going find it difficult to find a job as a professor now that this clip is viral. Its okay to have fun sometimes but it shouldn't be done at the cost of someone's livelihood. In any case this doesn't look like a laughing matter to me. She's overworked and talking out of extreme frustration.

I feel really sorry for the teacher. It's a pity that educational institutions are treating their pillars like this. I feel like, I'm much better off working in private sector. Unreasonably long hours, little pay, stress from parents, stress from students, multiple classes with multiple subjects: I wonder how do teachers even manage this, let alone look like idols of patience and virtues. If these people leave, world will fall in the hands of greedy coaching institutes where some kids will make it to the big name colleges and remainder will be cast out into the cold world: unemployment, exploitation, irrelevant job roles and all the bad things. Few people will be rich, and more will suffer. Then say it with pride: 'padh ke kya karna hai'. I'm very sorry to hear the plight of this teacher and hope that this is rectified at some level. People should not be punished for hardwork, commitment, kindness.
Just imagine the frustration of average student who has burden of education loan for CSE and their teachers are like this. I was at the same stage in my life with poor faculty. This is why people end up dropping out of engineering. Private engineering colleges in India is a massive scam.
I am sure she has her reasons for acting like this, it may just be the fault of the management. It's not like she is mad at her students she is mad at the system.
These teachers are harrassed by the management. The management people are empathy-less creatures honestly. This teacher seems so frustrated, but instead of understanding her issue, this stupid management lady is giving her so called Gyan, this is horrible. Tells us about the college culture in India.
The first one spoken by the student was a kannada word, "Barthilla". And of the student name is gowda, people with surname gowda are from karnataka's chikmagalur, mandya, hasan area.
MAM SAME IS THE REACTION OF STUDENTS BUT THE THING IS THAT THEY HAVE PROBLEMS , FAMILY problems, financial problem , they too talk like this but they won't because of their conditions .
At least it's better than to not work. She is acting like an American lady who is pretending to being forced to eat healthy food while in developing and under developed countries people don't even get to eat.
Anyone who's laughing at her breakdown is just a degraded human being who hasn't worked a single day in their lives. I hope she gets justice soon for the mental trauma that such colleges put their staff through.
You are immature. Please learn sympathy. Pain of teachers during covid times, a grown body but kid brained like you cant understand. That too being underpaid is a disaster.
@@liferules1320 neither do you . No matter how frustrated she was , her response showed a lack of maturity and respect. To waste the students time by going on rant is not a solution. She should be yelling at people responsible not students who are just trying to study.
@@manyaagarwal6998 Welll most of the HoDs just sit on the chair doing nothing....some HoD's come to college any time as if it's their own college on the other pressuring other faculties with hell lot of work
I sympathize with the teacher. My final semester was when covid started. The professors were told teach in online classes from the college (this is during the first lockdown) or not receive any salary. College management harasses professors the same way they do to students. Rs.35K just shows the rampant underpayment that leads to businesses having record profits. A huge chunk of these "net profits" are from the money they were supposed to pay as a fair salary to their employees (and of course overcharging students, but that's a different topic).
This is the scary face, when you are asked to serve "notice period" by not giving you immediate resignation. The madam is stresses like everyone in her case would do. I think employee immediate resignation needs to be addressed at the court. It is really stressful when you are bound under some contract. The management takes the undue advantage of the non-compete contract of employment. That's why employees suffer with rage and anger.
Ya that's true but, she already knows the salary she is getting for her job and she would have read the agreement clearly and accepted it. As you can see she shows jealousy towards the HOD madam as she is getting payed more than her for less work. But that's what the world is because experience matters and the teacher lacked experience and was very unprofessional instead of handling this in a professional way as the HOD did. Even though she had an agreement with this institution, she wanted to join other institution as they agreed to pay her higher salary than this one. So if you see this in a professional way rather than emotional, you will agree that she needs to complete her work here and she is free to go. For your update everything has been sorted out in the institution now.
bro she has agreed for the salary and work hours in case its not working she should move out.....But exposing herself before everybody for whatever reason is not helpful for her or the school
It is easy for you to say immediate resignation should be given. But think about what the organization will do if some employee suddenly says they want to quit... organization has to find a replacement immediately which is not easy. Imagine if one of your teachers suddenly stops coming to college one day...who will perform that teacher's duties? It will be a big problem.
