=== UPDATE 2024/06/08 === You no longer need to join the Discord server to access the files! The latest builds can now be downloaded from the OnlineCTR website! Check it out: www.online-ctr.com/downloads/
Thank you, developers. For reminding me of my childhood. So that my friend often called papu-papu until now 😂. Truly beautiful childhood memories in the 90s era 😊
World Economic Forum: **encourages mass Afro-Islamic immigration into the West** Governments: **Give them top priority for land, housing, healthcare, and benefits** Banks: **Defund governments that refuse** Capitalists: "Wow, these fascists suck!" Zoomers: "This is your fault, capitalists."
ctr has remained the best kart racer I ever played since it came out on ps1. I cant give enough thanks too this community for the work being put into this.
@@sebastiankulche I don’t tend to pit the two games together. I can have a preference for this but I think there is a lot in CTRnf to be appreciated. It’s a shame it never came to pc
A historical moment, when we get the PC Port, and this, imagine what the future holds, easier modding for adding new tracks, characters, kart customization, etc.
Just been playing for the past 6 hours, after a decade without playing CTR, and I've had an absolutely fantastic time. Thank you to everyone on the team who worked on this, it's incredible!
ok i tried but when i select a room the flag of loading appears for a few seconds and takes me back to the overworld menu. Am I skipping something or it just means there is no one to play?
Man, congratulations to you and your team Wow, I never even imagined that it would be possible for a PlayStation 1 game to have online servers or even have that possibility.
Now I'm wondering if there are other Playstation 1 games that might have this possibility. I'm wondering how cool it would be to be able to play several games from the Need for Speed franchise with this possibility.
It's basically impossible, but I can't stop watching it and I can't stop believing it. How did you manage to do this? Well, anyway, if this is now a possibility with one game, imagine if it's not possible with other games, imagine with the PlayStation 1 or even Playstation 2 games.
What you and your team did changes everything when it comes to old games, imagine old games that never even imagined having online support having online support.
I'll be honest with you, you deserved an award, you did something that was basically impossible, but the concept was impressive and it really works, This is revolutionary.
First Halo 2 on Xbox Live comes back, and now this. 2024 is truly a blessed year for reliving the best of times. This is so incredible! Congratulations to everyone involved, I hope I can hop onto this sometime soon.
This is heavenly gift for every og ctr players. Very excited for the PC port when it will arrive with everything playing natively. I really really hope you guys do Tekken 3 and Silent Hill 1 pc ports next.
And when this project will fully comes to life . Suddenly the company will desire to port the crash nitro fueled to pc. But personally I love the classic one!! I am voting for you! You are the best !!!
That is the most beautiful thing ever done. Childhood game. And in 2024 playable online and there are people that actually play it. What time to be alive ...I wish that this could be done with CRASH BASH too.. Actually some maps are playable at widescreen...
Ahhh, this is what activision SHOULD'VE done, instead of that extremely monetized mess that's barely the original remake/remaster anymore, you've done a great service to the community my good man. I look forward to playing this in the future.
I am so glad to see that love for Online CTR hasn’t died. I loved the crap out of Nitro Fueled but without a PC port and Activision moving Beenox over the online scene has become so small. Definitely gonna download this and join the discord ^_^
WOW, CTR CLASSIC BUT ONLINE!!!! I hope there is some support for inserting any kind of controller like Unity into the final product (PC Port), for example: I only have a controller adapter for PS2 for now ;-; Good work from the team!!!
And this is hiw you enter the legend... Thanks to you all who dedicated your precious time religiously to CTR, allowing the game, the players and the community to go further... thank you all, I'll make my come back in battle mode once I'll be free... ❤🥰😘
Updates will be constant, so it wouldn't be productive to upload the latest build from today when it can get outdated at any moment. There is also no auto-updater or a message telling you to update it yet, so this is the solution for now
@@Darkaiser i still think not having links in Discord is better. not everyone uses discord. the proper way should be having the download on the fully functional website that can update itself when there is one.
@@leorelic Yes we are aware and there are plans to implement all of this stuff in the future, but for now please enjoy the project as it is. Everything will come at the right time. Remember that we are all just volunteers :-)
A the good old days homs... Even i have 16 years old i still play with my PS2 I play GTA SAN ANDREAS, GRAN TURISMO 4, DOWNHILL, NEED FOR SPEED,.... Men those games are much better than we got now homs!!!!
First of all. It's beautiful to see this happened. Thank you so much to all the team that made this possible. I'm new to this, is there any tutorial on how to install this mod?
Would love to see custom skin support that basically has "if you have this skin installed it will display it for anyone else who has it installed, however, if they don't have it installed, it will display a character you set as the mod maker" type thing - I.E if someone ported say.... Let's use Crunch as an example as he's a heavyweight, what if someone made a PS1 style crunch, but if you didn't have it installed, it'd display say - dingodile instead
