The guy of the trap, what does he want? He wants you to survive the fall or to land dead?

He wants you to fall and survive so that he can torture you or use you for experiments or something. The plan would've worked in reality but apparently even toddlers could do lockpicking in Skyrim (and stop time on top of that), and that limbs like legs don't actually exist in Skyrim. (By right the fall should break your legs and the agonizing pain would break the concentration of any potential feeble mage) So his plan ends up just being a stupid shortcut.

Idk, I always “fall in” invisible and in sneak mode, so he’s super confused, and I just pickpocket his key, fry him with unbounded storms, take my damn gem and get out. 🤣

If you take the Ritual stone power and go to Hags end , you kill off all the witches and hags , until you reach the room where the hagraven stands behind a pedestal , you use that power there and run outside , the legendary assassin will follow you out as well . End his revived corpse and take the armor off him , you can do this long before you enter the dark brotherhood if you enter at all .

In my first run, I fell into his trap while leaving. I got the shout and the loot without following the path.

I knew all of this years ago. I never killed killed Grey-mare but I did kill Avenicci by accident. Stupid guard interrupted my shout practice across from her forge.

I've seen and done most of these, but not killing the students, and not the DB stuff (I never join the DB). Still, very interesting.

If you've got all the right mods installed the Dark Brotherhood can actually be a fun experience. I start the Dark Brotherhood usually at a higher level after I've completed the Dragonborn and main quest. I can get a bunch of black soul gems on me so when I go after the contracts I just use soul tear (an extremely difficult to find dragon shout) and use it to rip their souls out of their body and trap them and soul gems and then kill their bodies, rendering them to nothing but piles of ash... and then I cackle 😂

@@octavianpopescu4776 I know it seems like there a inherently evil organization but it's a necessary evil... It's just satisfying to come face-to-face with the emperor of tamriel and kill him and then kill the guy that ordered the hit and his body guard and then go back to the tomb and collect the gold. The whole reasoning behind the storyline made sense to me and if you look into some of the lore in history of the family involved you'll understand especially if you've played Oblivion.

@@user-dj1bq7dq7j I get it. I want the DB to be in the game, but for role playing purposes more often than not, it doesn't fit the character I've created. My characters tend to take it personally when that assassin attacks them while on the road and they find the letter from Astrid. So, it's not about them being the good guys, making Skyrim a safer place, as much as retaliation for Astrid sending assassins after them. And I know there's someone Motierre in Oblivion, but I don't remember exactly what happens... is it the guy who asks you to fake his death?

Froki bow quest is obviously an incomplete quest from the creators of Skyrim that only part of it survived and it’s really not that great of a quest because you end up keeping his bow anyways and if I remember correctly, I did it in the bow is not that great, but correct me if I’m wrong it’s been a while but I remember doing it and I vaguely remember it, but remembering the bow being not as good at least, in my opinion

With the exception of the student killing at Winterhold, I've seen the other scenes. An alternate to the bumping to skip dialogue, I suppose. 😉

Uhm... what... I thought everybody with at least 4 playthroughs of skyrim would know most of these. I did however think that you could only aquire the ancient assassin's armour after completing the bonus objective of Gabriella's quest during the Dark Brotherhood quest line...
