Only 2 ingredients! Quick snack/dessert just in a few minutes. Simple and delicious
Ingredients and recipe:
200g mashed sweet potato
Add 1tbsp white sugar
Mix well
Add 50g glutinous rice flour in batches
Divide the dough into 8 parts
Oil your hands so they don't stick to the dough
Take one part of the dough and make it into a pancake
Repeat with the rest
Pour a bit of oil into a pan
Place the pancakes in the pan
Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat
Flip over and fry for another 2-3 minutes
Done!
