If anyone saying tht boat product is not working after few months or yrs thn let me tell u nothing lasts forever if u take care of it , it may last for century . But someday it will stop working and there's nothing u can do abt it so buy another one and move on . Better if u buy expensive because cheap will definitely stop working in few yrs . I've boat 800 headphone and there're still working fine only leather is damaged of earcups which r expected . So I'll but those earcups instead of crying so better try using ur local repair shop they know how to fix these or atleast they will try .

Don't buy Boat products.... their customer service is very bad. If you claim warranty of any product they will give you a damaged product instead of yours. They don't accept their fault and your warranty claim will eventually rejected. So be aware before buying any boat product. Boat is a worst company.

@@boAt-lifestyle I shared my details many times at this email id but every time I received no answer of my mails. Again I claimed my warranty. I said that my left bud isn't working but Boat rejected my warranty by saying both the buds are working properly and they gave me a fake certificate for this instead of repairing my product. Before repairing other's devices first repair your own company's customer service.
