The fenugreek and flaxseed had too mu h protein made my hair hard and break. Sonya has diffrent hair that generates more natual oils and sebum so im sure its great for her.

How long can this be stored? Does it need to be refrigerated? Does it need a preservative?

It DEF needs to be in refer. Always use distilled water if you can to keep it free from spoiling. Mine last about two weeks and I don’t use a preservative. I put mine in a plastic squeeze bottle I bought for 97¢ at Walmart. Much easier for application. 🤓

@@coilyloxs9696 no I wouldn’t heat it up again as I’m not sure if that would change the consistency? And it’s def unnecessary. Once you have cooked it to your preference that should be the end of heat in any process. I know freezing it changes the consistency but it’s still usable. Hope that helps!

I have a question/ I have naturally oily scalp and hair. so putting a lot of oil on my hair weighs it down and makes it stick to my scalp. Even when I was a child my mom didn't use hair grease on my hair? So is there a way to adjust this? I am trying to get my length and thickness back. I lost some of my thickness back in 2013 when I dyed my hair. Big mistake. My hair has always been super thick as a child and grown-up

Hi Mam I will recommend using oil as A hot oil treatment and leave it on for an hour. After Shampoo it out and continued your regular wash day Routine.
