Use minimum 12 hours soaked dates& almonds ..at the time of grinding use soaked milk& soaked water also according to the requirement..

Can we use whipping cream instead of milk?

Milk, Dates and Almonds Cold Dessert.... Very Unique, Simple and healthy cold Kulfi dessert. What I liked is No Sugar in this, which is supplemented with Dates, that itself is a plus point and I am sure it's going to be a pleasure in preparing and tasting this Wonderful Dessert.
