Since fall is finally here, of course we need to honour the beloved pumpkin spice flavour. For the next 24 hours, I only eat foods with pumpkin spice! Starting the day off with some homemade pumpkin spice pancakes topped off with cheerios. Pre workout I taste tested Tim Hortons pumpkin spice cappuccino and a pumpkin spice timbit.
When you think of pumpkin spice, most people will immediately think of the Starbucks pumpkin spice latte. I've never had one before so I decided to try it for the first time in today's video!
Along with all the food, Gymshark athlete Savannah Wright took me through her leg workout with some of her top exercises to build your glutes!

7.) Weighted Hip Thrust 4x15
8.) Finisher- 3x 1min Jump Squats
