Writing.......AMAZING Acting......AMAZING Characters......AMAZING Comedy........AMAZING Well, EVERYTHING about this show is......AMAZING no matter how times you watch it, it still makes you giggle, chuckle, grin & smile & this show will never ever get BORING cos it's incapable Best sitcom to ever be written & the whole thing came from head, brain & mind of one man.... I wish Britain was like this NOW and im currently 14 and never lived in the times of these older clothes and older british language like ( berk, plonker and many other old british phrases ) it seemed so much more friendly and the flat is cozy and compact

Met peaple like them, I am them. My older brother is short chubby and the biggest doggy dealer in peckham, he can talk his way out of quick sand. Me on the other hand a tall lanky weed head who done well in art. My brother also uses his own interpretation of yuppie talk when negotiating our next job, drops in the odd rhyme and slang and dresses like a peckham pimp. I wear a parka that's too big for me. We didn't play it like that it's just how we are. Also we have endless uncle Albert's in the family and a right old step toe for a grandad. This is the most accurate interpretation of life as I've always known it.

@@michaelgordon3805 Well the subtitles weren't perfect, but the spirit of the show was still there. I understood it reasonably well without them, especially after watching several reruns. I think people loved it because Peckham looked just like the blocks in New Belgrade, and Del was a survivor, like many people in Serbia back then.

I grew up along with OFAH, have been watching it since I was a little kid up until I was like 20.. Every scene, every episode brings back memories.. My family used to survive and suffer and cry and laugh just like the Trotters did. We bought and sold on the black market, improvised to make a few bob here and there and hoped better days will come. If there is a real life Del boy then surely it is my dad.

I might come over a bit mental. But I find breaking bad very similar to only fools and horses. Del boy/Walter White. Rodney/jessy. It's very similar but one is a perfect comedy and the other is a perfect drama with the same underdog kind of sub plot
