You are the only fragrance expert on YT and on other social channels, and definitely the only creator who I have heard mentioning white florals as a category within itself for winter wearing. It is such a perfect opportunity for strong white florals to shine and not choke people out. Most people think that white florals are only for spring/summer.
It was a special treat to see you show your very exclusive Pleasure Gardenia gift from your husband. I remember when you revealed it for the first time. I have never smelled that rare masterpiece, but I did get a chance to test the regular version for sale at Krigler when I went to NY this spring. It was really hard to leave PG behind on the shelf. However, when I made a purchase of a single fragrance at the little shop, I did choose Pleasure Gardenia as one of my two samples. Once in a while I will spray it on my hand before bed. It really is a pleasure.

I am so glad that you spoke about Taif Aoud. I purchased the fragrance in the spring and I honestly thought it was supposed to be a summer fragrance because of how delicate the Taif rose is and also because of the aldehydes. But as much as I adore the fragrance, I kept feeling like the fragrance was much too strong to wear once summer hit. Thank you for providing perspective on this.

I love your recommendation of Chinatown for this time of year. Chinatown was my first Bond purchase about 15 years ago and it is so wonderful. Back then when I wore it, people didn't even know what to think because as unique as it is right now, it really stood out back then--especially where I live in Canada where there wasn't really a selection other than designer fragrances at the time. Also, it was pretty much unheard of to be able to get fragrances shipped in from the US or France, etc. Also, Chinatown is a bit gourmand-ish, and that profile didnt really exist at that time yet--which added to its mystique. Anyway, Chinatown is one that draws a lot of attention based on how unique and warm/inviting it is (in my opinion), and it's a truly special creation.
Sara do you like Dior Oud Ispahan? When I first tested it, it really turned me off because of how anamalic it is. But I got a sample and now I really like it. You might think I am totally off, but I feel like Oud Ispahan is Taif Aoud's grungy cousin.
I think it’s a huge testament when a RU-vidr who has 500 fragrances can confidently name her favorite perfume. And you’ve said this in at least 5 videos. I finally bought and I love it 🥀 🪵 I have a tracker and always note down influencers’ #1 scents (even if it changes) and I never regret blind buying those 🥰
