Icon uses cheap material something Thats not shown is how bad the plants are planted with construction dirt so they always die how do i know i worked for em their concrete is mostly dirt so brick walls break easy maybe they changed that but Thats how it was when i worked with em

beautiful homes. el paso has the best and most well maintain electricity grid in texas …the city survived the great 2021freeze off without going down..

Icon is the best builder in El Paso by far. Whenever there is a parade of homes, they win my vote hands down! Wish they could renovate my 1972 home. I remember the $120K range. 😩

Chile...I'm floored... the amenities and features you get in these beautiful homes for under $400,000 compared to what you get in Georgia for the same price is astoundingly different. Now, if only I can convince my husband to move to El P instead of Georgia...🤣

Great job Chakits! This builder is obviously driven to create spectacular and yet affordable homes. I'd be quite happy with that "not as decked out" house anytime! Like to see more with this builder, El Paso and other comparatively priced areas.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I like everything that Icon does EXCEPT their floor plans. Something about their floor plans, the way the homes flow, is unsettling. I think they need to consult with a feng shui expert. Seriously. Edit: Oops! Sorry, Juanita. No offense.

I completely agree. Beautiful homes but yes they do need to consult someone or do research feng shui. We walked a couple of them and that was my exact thought.

Well you certainly van have your opinion. But I strongly disagree these homes are the new style in creating awesomeness, very different and very affordable. That's the what you get when you move to El Paso. You will have to adjust to higher taxes and desert climate

Our biggest problem with our market is the Appraisers. They just don't know how to value the extras. They think comps are the only thing to look at.

they should have just continued the front stone facade, looks weird just terminated on one plane. Extending the entry roof as wel onyl creating unique trellis system would have tied the project more.

The home starting around the 19:00 mark doesn't work well with white, black and wood tone finishes. They clash to me. I also am not a fan of the open tub shower area. Everything in that area stays wet all the time unless you wipe it dry each time...no thanks. The construction is superb though.
