Man, back on a computer. This one model is excellent. They have a great touch and design sense. I esp. like the wood edging in the transition between the entry and the great room. The kitchen as designed adjacent to the great room appears like a stage, the performance, the meal. Very, very nice touch. The entry to the master as designed acts as a privacy hall between the public and private spaces. Again, a great design touch.

Welcome to El Paso, TX! ICON is the best! I'm amazed at how much people are saying this house would cost in other cities. This is a good amount for El Paso. It's not the land of the rich and famous, by the way. Now, 2 yrs later, with folks moving around the country, teleworking, the houses are much more now. 😩

Some of the best homes I have ever seen, the quality coupled with the designs is tops I must say.

WATCHING FROM CANADA! I love these custom homes. The professionalism of the design is #1. The style in southern US, is different from that in Canada, which brings my questions: 1) Why don't we see more homes with solar panels? I know I would want to cut my electricity bill with solar. 2) Why single floor model is more favored in southern US? Do you see two floor homes also? 3) Why we don't see more homes with a basement? Please, tell me all you know about these questions

I am working in design and your channel always be one of my favorite, bc lets be real, touring so many property ain't possible for me, living so far away from US and this tour giving many inspiration for design to me. The tour not only showing us around the house talking how great it is but also materials, details, sistems and all the small things I'd love to know. Watching ur channel Its a hobby to me.

Chuck, I hope your Las Vegas builders are looking at these homes. We are buying a home in Las Vegas but all the styles of the homes are exactly the same. Most of the styles and especially the bath tub shower is what San Diego offered in the 90’s. It’s like the builders know buyers are coming from all over to buy and now they are lazy in their designs. Everything is kitchen. Island, dinette, couch in a row or the dinette off to the left and let’s not forget the loft upstairs. Very few different designs. When dropping a 1/2 million or even 350k there should be some thought in the design. It’s like everyone is using the same template but just tweaking it just a little. Now this company is what the LV builders need to aspire to be. These Homes are beautiful and DIFFERENT. Thanks for the videos. Also I can see you are meeting your fitness goals. You look smaller. Good for you.

You should get an appointment to interview the designer/s for ICON and interview them. They really are a brand that is thinking outside the box to stand out from other builders.

I like its single level. Wife and I are in our sixties. Stairs are doable. In 15 -20 who knows. Love that floor plan. Have a home paid for in Central coast CA. May just get the hell out.

I'm not a fan of completely open floor plans but I really appreciate extras that went into the design of home. With that much square footage it doesn't feel like much living space. I had a 1300 sq. Foot home with 2 bed 1.5 bath, living room open to dining area, kitchen, laundry room, and a den that opened to the patio built in 1940 and I loved that this home. I need a den I can hang out in with pets keeping the living dining room nice for company, kitchen it's own room with pocket doors that can open to other rooms if you want it to be open.

They need to come and build that kind of house here in Vegas without a sky rocketing price. I love how modern and elegant that house is. Backyard needs to be a little more bigger to put a nice pool, specially in Vegas or even Texas a pool is a must have. Well... I guess its just me lol. I gotta have a swimming pool for the kids.

I’m a car guy, all of these new built houses have tiny garages. I repair and maintain all my own vehicles be it brand new or old school. I need space to easily fit two large vehicles at least and 12ft ceilings for a 2 post or 4 post car lift, I’m getting too old to be laying on my back and working on cars. Having a lift makes things 100x easier. Even if you don’t work on vehicles a tall enough ceiling height + a four post lift can easily turn a 2 car garage into a 3 to 4 car garage.

That disk on the wall of that water-closet is called "Drunk Disk". It's for people who gets home drunk and when they use the water-closet, that disk on the wall just in case the drunk blackout and falls and hits the wall, that disk keeps the head from crashing in through the wall.

Brava!!!! Excellent view. I'm not sure as to spec difference between El Paso and Las Vegas but Vegas could learn a thing or two. Speaking of learning (myself), I did notice that hallways, shower and doorways seem to be a bit narrow, possible to optimize space or simply, more bang for the buck. I also (unknown about spec difference between El Paso, Vegas), was wondering about A/C, heating units, I didn't notice one or two at farm house location, are they on roof? Perhaps? All in all, excellent viewing, price points, on point, design features, correct, excellent builders. Thank You Again, for the share care!!!!!!! P.S. Great Design, luv modern!!!!!! Hahaha!

In Tanzania it's more cheaper to build a house compares to America.. Maybe because a value exchange rate of a dollar is high. $1is equal to 2200 Tz shillings. And a standard good house costs 50 million ( big house, with four rooms and all that) if u put it dollars its approximately $23K..Just wanted to say that..But I must say there houses here costs more than TShs 200million though.
