I was outraged to learn that you get unfriendly comments. Why these stupid people don't unsubscribe and let the rest of enjoy your incredible adventures. Noraly, your videos are amazing from the drone takes to the music and they keep getting better. Allow me to continue to travel with you and enjoy this amazing opportunity to discover new countries and places. Many thanks.
You can appreciate her and yet not appreciate desert. Such is life. Can't see why as a viewer is "outraged". Better things in life to be outraged about.
@@ws8080 I guess you misunderstood what I wrote. I highly appreciate Noraly and all the places (desert included) she has presented to us through her interesting videos. What I don’t understand is why the people that don’t like her videos don’t just unsubscribe instead of writing her rude remarks. Noraly has a remarkable attitude towards life and that’s why she is so special.
I don't think anyone else can make a ride through this desert more entertaining and educational than you manage to do it. Almost 50 years ago I've also been a biker and I just admire your skill and expertise on and with a bike. When watching your live stream I just coudn't believe to see people criticising and insulting you. But with almost a million fans it's probably to be expected, so pls just ignore them. Each episode of your production is an excellent piece of film making which would normally take a sizeable and expensive crowd to produce the same quality. You are multitalented. Your series is an unparalleled documentary with a flair of entertainment, education and so inspring on top of it. And with such charisma. Don't change anything, not your unique accent either. Just be yourself, that's what makes it the success which it is. When my son was small I took him for a ride on my bike. Now, past his 30's that experience made him buy his own bike for weekend outings. He discovered Itchy Boots and tipped me off as well. Now I'm also hooked. We all hope you'll keep it up for a long time to come.
I wish I could visit Namibia, that is the most interesting country I have ever seen, all thanks to her videos, otherwise I would never have known about your country.
"For those who have not done it, no explanation is possible. For those who have done it, no explanation is necessary". Stay in the wind, lass. Your love of freedom and adventure make this old biker/ pilots heart soar like an eagle.
Some people here who have not ridden a motorcycle may not realize how difficult this kind of riding is and on top of that in a most inhospitable area and if something goes wrong how dangerous it can be. She struggles some but keeps a stiff upper lip and wades through some extremely difficult terrain and overall makes it look easy. The drone shots are terrific. The Messum caldera was only discovered in 1939 and is thought to have been the single largest explosive volcanic eruption in Earth's history. I understand her comment on how amazing the desert can be particularly at night with the vast swath of stars overhead.
I wanted to post sth like that because when thinking of a danger of any misfortune I really wouldn't know what to do and how to survive. Many "what if" in my head makes me not to try such a trip. It's so scary! We have to pray for her everyday! Seriously!
@@DonPedro6901 it's better not to do such a trip if you think the way you do,I've done many of this kind of travelling without starting to think,as iff! Enjoy, that's why you do this at the first place, without being a foul. I love her attitude,a very positive and uplifting one,for herself and others.
"They have seen a lot, And at the same time not, Because they've always been on the same spot" Geologist, adventure motorcyclist, vlogger, environmentalist... and poet!!! Dr. Seuss could take lessons from Itchy Boots!!! I am working my way through every video from Season 1. Have loved every one, "liked" them all, subscribed to the channel, and am taking copious notes for my own adventure trip in the near future. Thank you , Noraly, for changing my life and giving me a reason to live again.
There are few people in world who travel to extreme to find beauty in nature. Noraly you are on top of the list. The way you take us with you on your amazing journey is awe inspiring.
Whoooo....a razor's edge between the right speed in washboard and sand, and going down! A most tense (and exhausting) time! You're consistently amazing. Your drone views and music are a wonder. I want to learn more about the lichen covered land so appreciate the inspired curiosity. Lovely, Noraly, thank you.
That drone footage while filling your tank absolutely drives home what an amazing person you are. What an incredibly adventurous spirit you have been blessed with. Be safe…
Only 4 minutes into this episode and those drone shots are so incredible, I have to pause to write this comment. I really enjoyed the livestream yesterday. As always, you are the bright light in this sometimes dim world for many of us that travel with you virtually. Thank you 😊
@@cooperwidjono9539 It’s not the bike, it’s the rider. I rode the Himalayas on the most decrepit POS rental bikes but was determined to make it up the World’s Highest Passes. Noraly has the willpower of a Honey Badger biting adventure and not letting go
I was not too inspired when I heard your plan to travel through Namibia. "It's nothing but an empty desert" I thought. As a former geography teacher, I had some background to think that. Your trip is proving me wrong. I agree with you, this place is absolutely stunning! Keep the story and visuals coming.
I started watching at the beginning of the Patagonia series. Then watched all videos from the beginning. This is WAY better than the big production riding series.
I can’t begin to tell you how much I love your adventures. I am binge watching your amazing travels. You’re such an inspiration. Love love love! You’re amazing.
Your enthusiasm for everything about the earth is so infectious. The drone work provides such a wonderful feel and understanding of the terrain. Thanks.
@@casaamaril I think you speaking Dutch.. I speak Afrikaans and English from South Africa. But I understand what you have written.🌈Take Care. I’ve seen these Plants they are Spectacular..
@@mystrength5640 true it's Dutch, but it's nice to read Afrikaans, of course the languages are related and what I like about your language is the poetic quality it possesses, like you can hear in songs by Amanda Strydom, for instance or in the brief videos made by the Green Renaissance team. Greetings Jenny, groeten uit Nederland, Marc
After viewing hundreds of Itchyboot’s videos I have begun to think Noraly is inside my head. At first I thought I was viewing the world out of her head! Wonder shall never cease! Ride on!
Dear Noraly, I do not know how you do it, but that you drive through landscapes with such a grace is impressive. I know men who had turned around! Beautiful pictures from an uninhabited place, without people for many miles around. It must be a little scary 🤭 Thank you for a beautiful trip, and as always; Best regards from Denmark 🇩🇰
When Noraly flies her drone high and far in the desert, I get chills, realizing how alone she is, with no shade or shelter. No extra water and no chance of anyone passing through for...well, a very long time. It's daunting. I'm brave, resourceful and like some isolation, but that much is simply unthinkable for me.
Noraly. What some of us appreciate is your extensive knowledge and expertise in matters geological , and your method of conveying that knowledge to we who are ignorant . Please keep doing what you do so well . As always, a fascinating video. I have been following your adventures since very early on and it is obvious that Namibia is your happiest place to date, IMO. Your enthusiasm speaks volumes. Cheers, and stay safe. Dan. 🏍✌️🇨🇦
I totally appreciate your fabulous videography & brave adventurous spirit ... exploring places I'll never dare! desert & barrens have an equal beauty to lush forests! I am totally rapt in your great travels! Never apologize ... your drone shots are outstanding & I wish I could give you 100 thumbs-up!
Hi Noraly! Being one of your fans who lives his life vicariously through your adventures, I do so appreciate to visit with you the places you have gone. Most of us will never see these places except through your kind eyes! Thank you so very much! All the best!
Depressing, yet so beautiful!!! Only you Noraly, could make something so delightful and positive out of a desert environment! The drone footage is just unbelievably beautiful. Thanks for sharing with us. Ride safe Noraly!
I was listening to your live chat yesterday, I was really surprised that some people could hate you or offense you. Unbelievable! Les gens sont devenus si mauvais que ça ??? You're spreading joy, happiness, positivism and a lot of information to thousands os people, so carry on please, and may God bless you and enlighten your path!
Messum Crater and environs is a unique place, this record of your visit gives it an added allure for me. Thanks too for pointing out the uniqueness and beauty of the lichen fields.
Noraly you have done it again, yet another amazing landscape you have brought us to. Namibia is such an incredible country to explore, thanks for bringing us along for the ride.
The Messum Crater truly is a magical place! Love your travel through our beautiful country.!!! At Brand berg rest camp the Owner is Basil very knowledgeable and knows that area very very well.
That interlude between accelerating from a standstill in deep rocky desert sand & getting up to a speed where the bike isn't going to vanish from under you & stuff you face first into the ground is the stuff of a riders' nightmares! Well done for just going for it, & well done for dealing with it like an absolute off-road goddess, but please be careful!!
Viewers.. if you don't know about Noraly's bike, it is pretty unstable, It is designed for maneuverability, not for stability. The CRF 250 is not a BMW 1200 GS. So the track riding at around 20 mins in deep sand, shows what fantastic skills she has. Great job Noraly !
This Earth We live on is so varied and that is exactly what makes this earth so special. Just as We as individuals are so varied that is indeed what makes mankind so SPECIAL !!!! Bless You Noraly for sharing !!!!!!!!!!
Thank you so much for sharing your incredible journey with us, it is a absolute joy to watch your journey to these amazingly beautiful places. Stay healthy and safe out there 🏍😄
Noraly, just amazing to watch, you are an exceptionally talented and inspiring woman and you have an inner strength and emotional composure that is truly outstanding. You bring us 21st century adventure tales with the added bonus of being true life. Thank you so much for what you do, it gives so much pleasure and knowledge to so many of us and please don’t spend 1 second paying any attention to those who try to bring you down because they are simply sad and irrelevant.
Since I didn't comment during your chat yesterday, I thought I'd put my two cents in now. I find you to be a wonderful and interesting lady. I very much appreciate all the work you do to virtually take us on your fascinating adventures.
Noraly, I am going to miss the Namib desert so much when you move past it. My time there has been almost spiritual. I have never experienced anything like it and I'm so grateful you have taken us there:) 🙏🏻
Deserts with nothing but sand, rocks & some weird plants, but Noraly makes it fascinating with and her enthusiasm and geology. There is beauty in that desolation. That CRF250 can really take a beating. Honda should create a 2x2 on demand option with an electric hub drive in the front wheel backed up with a bigger alternator & battery. I have an old bicycle on which I installed mid drive plus a front wheel hub motor. The 2x2 combination works great in deep sand on the beach.
Glad you focused on the road and I certainly did ''look around for you"! Our spirits soared while your teeth got a hammering. Thank you Noraly and Savanna for your tenacity, a characteristic you share with the Welwitschia!
I love every part of Namibia 🇳🇦. I traveled all over Namibia by car or Hiking some place. Love camping in the wilderness. Awesome scenery/drone footage and interesting information.
Noraly, your videos are just great. And you said it so well. Being aloe out in that area with the crater, alone, shows just how small we all are in this world. And how vast the earth and universe are. Your videos make me feel like am there with you.
And then zooming back on you on 17:50 and the music ending exactly there. this is more than professional. This is inspiring, almost Inconceivable how you was able to do this kind of editing in the middle of the desert. I liked you. Now I admire you.
This is an exciting, adventurous, and informative channel by a brilliant and daring young woman! Please respect her and her valuable contributions to those who travel or don't travel, but keep watching the adventures, changing faces of this world, and the people around who come across her in this journey. Please (repeat) please avoid negative comments. Thank you.
@@MichalBergseth-AmitopiaTV - You are an airhead. Just like Giant Sequoia trees in the Sequoia National Park that have survived for up to 3,266 years, the same thing can be said for plants that Noraly mentioned.
J'ai voyager avec vous par vos vidéos merci beaucoup et surtout je me sent 🎉comme si j'étais réellement en voyage suite à vos paroles vous expliquer bien même les détails merci de votre façons,et bon voyages
There's not much difference between what you were doing now and what the first explorers on Mars will be doing. God bless you and thank you for sharing your adventure
It should be noted that according to Neal DeGras, Antartica is far more inhabitable than Mars because it is much warmer and has lots of water. Oh and breathable atmosphere.
I've owned various motorcycles since 2006 and I consider myself an experienced driver. This level of commitment and driving skills and risk taking is just mind blowing.
After looking at numerous videos of Noraly on many different landscapes, seems like riding with a geologist is one of the awesome buddy ride. Another will be a buddy ride with archeologist.
Hello Noraly, fantastic droneage, a feeling like in a science fiction movie, weird plants, scenery like Mars and a little Savannah with Noraly in between. Stay save and healthy and as always keep the rubber to the road, greetings from Germany.
Noraly every week you provide entertain and educate whoever wants to watch. Your blogs just get better and better. The drone work is superb. You are contributing so much and it's all free to view. Please don't feel depressed or put down by the dregs of society. You do a great job and thousands enjoy and appreciate your work and you have us hanging on for the next post. Thankyou so much and stay safe. Love from NZ.
Like traveling at the "edge" of time. The imposing landscape has something primordial that travels you there,...even If you don't know anything about geology and history....thank you again Noraly!
There she is!! Early bird leaving Cape Cross heading out for another educational session crater hooping... another subject I have no idea about. Thank you for sharing. It's amazing how fragile the desert and everything in it is, but left alone all will survive pretty much. Drony and music caught again just perfect. Beautiful. What a screery, what colors. OK, now to a botony lesson. The plant like a pile of dying leaves, after your explanation incredible this living plant. Road is heavily corrugated again... well, good news, no kidney stones as the old biker would say...how does one get out of the crater... I thought we would be seeing a hill climb challenge. Tank full, on the right road... what can go wrong... You watch the track, I'll have the privilege to watch the scenery. Feel like riding along as a passanger... finally, arrived at the motorbike Inn. Good riding, well done... Ah, a last minute geology lesson on continent lava... Thanks for sharing... Ride careful, Stay safe...
I love the respect you have for all plants and animals where you travel, your knowledge is exceptional. Taking this journey with you is just like being there in person.
Noraly you posses a trait that most of us do not have ... a sense of adventure to see the world and the courage to make it happen each and every day. I learn something new about this planet from you in each episode ... so, to recap ... geologist! film maker! motorcycle rider! and all around balanced and intelligent woman ... love your attitude to not have your life ruled by fear. It's a wonderful reminder ... thanks again from Canada
The downside when you begin you’re video already on the road/trail is that I miss your sing-song “okay......Lets go!”. That is something that really makes my day.
I've missed several of your recent videos, but was glad to have had time to watch this one. The landscape is amazing! The drone footage in the crater, the mountains on the horizon... Thanks for sharing your adventure on this planet!
Noraly, you're one tough human. An inspiration to me. Thank you being who you are. You have no idea how much strength you give to people. I followed your journey when you completed season 1 and oh boy its been a treat still. One of my favorite channel.
Noraly , good day I really enjoyed the live stream! When you said the word is really not a scary place brought me a such comfort in life ,thanks. Your explanation of the geological and natural features you encounter are so incredibly insightful.
This video blew my mind. The extreme desolation of that area mixed with the beauty of it. I just can not imagine what it must have been like riding through there knowing you are the only living person around for who knows how far. I know we only get to see a small portion of your rides at a time so I can only imagine the emptiness of the place. You have some guts girl, keep living your dream. :)
very emotional!! thank you for bringing us into your adventurous life. beautiful shooting with the drone. I think everything you are showing us is very fascinating. Thanks Noraly you are the best !!
Awesome video! We too, like both lush landscapes and deserts. They are all unique and beautiful. Thank you for taking us with you in this way. You are the perfect host!
I wonder how you will ever assimilate back into the ridiculous cities we all congregate in , this is totally awesome , the solitude outstanding , congratulations on your determination , resilience and relentlessness ,
Yet another AWESOME excursion from our beloved Noraly aka Itchy Boots! Hi Noraly and Savannah! 😍 ADORED this vlog sooo much! You are sooo brave. LOVE your passion, enthusiasm and zest Noraly! I keep telling everyone about you! Honda Powersports, National Geographic, Discovery. I know and respect that you like and wish to remain solo. I just think it would be awesome if someone would pick you up and feature your videos in a big way, so more people our whole world over can enjoy what you gift us with Noraly. 😉🙂 ~Your prowess on motorcycles, your sheer lack of fear, your educating us all on what you see and where you are, the incredible drone flying blows me away every time (Droney needs a name, lol. Maybe Shadow? 🤣), the beautiful music you add, your wit and intelligence, your joy in discovery, your education and your thirst/quest for more = you are a true gem! ~~Love ya girl! Got your Africa Edition neck gaiter in the mail today, yay!! TYSM, I LOVE it! Now I have your calendar, key tag and the gaiter. I am thrilled! As my tight budget allows, will get more Itchy Boots goodies! Thanks for you - May The Universe keep on protecting you and Savannah - all ways and always! See you again soon! 👋🤠👍🏍 Ride on!
This must have been a tough but rewarding day. I loved the landscapes. I hold my breath everytime you start Savana in the middle of nowhere and feel a huge relief when I hear her engine humming softly... She is definitely trustworthy.
When you said its soooo depressing in the beginning your smile behind it made it clear up!!!!!! And that was one of the few closecalls we got to see right!!!!! At some times i thought come-on Noraly take a brake have a drink regroup. You are a toogh lady with a big heart. Safe travels, hou het veilig groetjes René.
That was absolutly staggering! such pure desolation. Thank you for recording and producing this because virtually nobody, myself included will ever experience this. Thank you so much Noraly.
I was thinking about what an exhausting ride that was and then you said it. See how realistic your videos are. I need a nap now to recover from all the corrugated, rocky, sandy track 😂 Thanks for another really cool video!
