@@WhiteThreadCrochet I'm thinking now it may be many patches alternated with solid knit patches because I have just learned to knit on circular needles and that means you only ever knit on the face, so it's automatically the typical knit stitch that you see in a sweater ~ no turning, no purling ~ and there is a fake line that you can knit or crochet in between, I forget what it's called but it's a throwaway that you can nip after you secure all of your knit stitches at the top with a bind off. See, I learned to knit watching thousands of videos before I ever bought the needles. When the urge fulminated, I went to the store and bought the circular needles and sat right down and did it. RIght then and there. My head just percolated until it spewed through my fingertips, to the needles, to the yarn. It wasn't what I thought I would knit, nor did I have a clue what inspiration would come once I started.

Hi, I just watched your lace flower video from your original channel and loved it, then when I scroll down through the other videos I came across this one and when I heard your voice I realize you were the same person and I decided to subscribe because I love how you show and explain things very clearly and you don't have blasting music in the background or babble on, but you just get to the point and you do the video so I really appreciate it. I was looking for a lace pattern because I have cotton yarn from Hobbii and I want to make a lace top because I already finished the lace Virus shawl with the same yarn, and it goes from greys to pinks and to peach and into like a off-white, and I think I'm definitely going to make the top using this pattern so I thank you very much!! 🤩🤗💖🧶🌹

I absolutely LOVE THIS PATTERN! I've been hunting in every place I could think of, & tonight, you land in a space that was supposed to be about invisible granny squares. And, HERE YOU ARE! It's a king size bedspread/blanket, & in my stupidity(I call it being eccentric, on steroids, my husband calls it, 'flying by the seat of your pants!')! I asked my friend if she'd like fringes, or pivots? 'Oh! I get to choose? I knew about this blanket but I thought you were kidding that you were making it for me!. At our ages, we have to take anything good, & don't ask questions!' This blanket is humungous, these are the 1st edging I've found that I thought I might use. The vote is in! We're using your edging!🎉🎉🎉😂❤😅😊🎉🙃🤗 Thank You For Such A Beautiful Lace. Sturdy, but feminine, & it should wash quite well! God Bless You & Your Family Always...

I usually chain 1 and make a dc, or else my brain gets confused. I never liked doing multiple chains to replace the first stitch… just pull the chain as loose as is necessary for the first stitch (so, tight for sc, looser for dc, very loose for tc).
