Cattail is literally a god in early game, having the same firepower as repeater but u can aim at every lane and you would expect weak zombies at early game
Most of them did come back in some way. Gloom shroom= phat beet Cattail= homing thistle ice shroom= Icebergs Plant food And some others came as some sort of representation Scaredy Shrooms hideing when zombies get close= Cactus hides.
@@randomperson-xi5xv Ice Shroom was replaced by Ice Bloom. Cob Cannon with Banana Launcher, and Garlic with Sweet Potato. (You cannot convince me PVZ2 Garlic is a real plant.)

@@MrBlack75922 When I'm on my laptop the only ads that seem to function properly are the survey ads, every other ad is a white screen with a circle timer and a skip button that has no cooldown timer
@Kosorou Gaming Studio Archives Well, on desktop ads at the time wouldn't load properly unless it was one of those survey things at the start. They would still load, but it was just a blank white screen with a small circle timer and the skip button clickable at any point, so for a while it was almost like desktop viewers had an extra free trial of premium.
Most of these plants already have variants that replace them in PvZ 2, here are some examples: Cattail was replaced with Homing Thistle, Gloom Shroom was replaced with Phat Beet (their abilites are pretty much the same), Scaredy Shroom KINDA is replaced because of aspects of plants like Cactus and Shadow Peashooter of hiding when a zombie is near, Doom Shrom kinda is there because of the plant food effect Shadow Peashooter has, which behaves the same, Gatling Pea appears when you give the plant food to Repeater or Peashooter, but it's not the same as having it there, but it would also be kinda innecesary to have it since we already have better peas like Primal Pea, Shadow Pea, etc. Edit: Mega Gatling Pea is making his way to the game, so y'all Gattling Pea fans, you finally got your boy back again.
@@GatlingPea89TV i made this comment a month before mega gatling pea was found in the files, and it technically is the official one because it's the international version of PvZ 2, not the chinese one.
Challenge: Get to wave 15 in survival endless while treating is as a roof level. For clarification, every plant has to be in a flower pot except lily pads, you can only use strait shooting plants in the right five lanes, and the left lanes have to be plants that can shoot from those lanes or sun producers, hope you take the challenge cause it is much harder than it seems.
Challenge: Survival: Pool (Hard) no Twiddydinkies challenge. No upgrades, no rake, no Imitater, no Wall-nut Fist Aid, and only six seed slots. If a pool cleaner is used, the challenge is failed. (Day 19 of asking. Thanks for reminding me that I can count.)
Its nearly impossible to nor pick up sun, its been programmed into our skulls to always do it even if we’re watching someone else play. This game is probably the reason I have OCD.

I have a proposition. You have a clean zen garden and the first ten plant you grow are the plant you use. Obviously you can reset it how many times you want but you decide. Also duplicate don’t count.
good idea. also, there are only 9 seed slots. I'm guessing it doesn't include marigolds bc they are useless for actually beating a level just for farming coins
it's beena while since this was posted and there definitely have been some implementations of these plants in pvz2 (not all of them!) *Cob Cannon* according to the wiki, they're a monthly special plant in the Chinese version of Plants vs. Zombies 2, so technically they've been directly implemented into the game even if it's just the Chinese version their international implementation is definitely the banana launcher, just with a lesser radius *Gloom Shroom* Gloom Vine is the most similar implementation of the Gloom Shroom in pvz2, what separates them is that the Gloom Vine allows you to plant a Shadow Plant on top of it (like Shadow Pea) and upgrade them in pvz2 while the Gloom Shroom is the upgrade to Fume Shroom in pvz1 *Gatling Pea* Gatling Pea has been directly brought back to the game with a new name: Mega Gatling Pea *Doom Shroom* They haven't been implemented into the game directly but if you use a plant food on the Boom Balloon Flower, they spawn a Doom Shroom on the field! *Ice Shroom* I guess you could say iceburg lettuce is pvz2's rendition of the ice shroom (especially with their plant food effect) *Cattail* according to the wiki, Cattail has been implemented directly into the chinese version of the game, but internationally pvz2's variant of Cattail has to be the Homing Thistle
A week after this video's release: Doom Shrom has been added to PVZ2, but not as a plant. The newest plant right now, the Boom Balloon Flower has an ability where if you give it plant food, it will spawn a massive doom shroom balloon. I don't really know if this counts though as the Doom Shroom in PVZ2 isn't really a plant, but more of an easter egg.
Honestly it's a good thing scaredy shrooms and coffee beans were left out of PVZ2. One is literally just a worse peashooter and the other is a byproduct of the worst rule in the game.
IT IS NOT RARE, there are other comments saying that its not rare. I get it once a round, it isn't a big deal! the walnut one is a rare death animation. that one is just uncommon.
@@homura-aistra it isn’t rare, its like the third most common one in the game. The Zomboni tipping over and the Zombie with a nut allergy death is rare, not the dancing zombie. Ive gotten it hundreds of times, its nothing special and nothing to write home about.
A cool challenge would be to only use splash damage plants. What I define splash damage as is if it is a plant that can hit multiple zombies at once, then it has "splash damage" (this includes the threepeater/starfruit even though they're technically not splash damage). You can also use the torchwood with with normal plants as long as the plant always gets buffed by the torchwood.
Perhaps not the most exciting challenge, but: Survival (Any) Hard, but you must use imitater and place normal/imitater plants in a checkerboard pattern (no horizontally or vertically adjacent plants of the same colour scheme, diagonally adjacent is allowed)
If its rare why do I see it twice a round and why do I not see the allergic zombie death at all Ok maybe not always twice but normally I get it at least once a round

stop requesting it, PLEASE. its such an awful challenge, do you have any idea how boring of a video that would be? it would just be sunflower spam and squashes to kill every zombie at the start, then just spamming melon pults, and the game is over. column like you see 'em has some of the most powerful plants in the game, its not even a challenge, why would you suggest it? just shut up, nobody wants that, it would be the most boring video ever on his channel if he made it.
I've been requesting this for a while: Survival Day (Hard) using only plants unlocked in day during adventure. You could also try night using only night plants, or pool using only pool plants (and ones that they need to upgrade from).
Challenge: Survival Fog (HARD), but every plant has to be Pumpkinised (I mean this as every plant, including pumpkin, has to have a pumpkin on it) How to pumpkinise a pumpkin: wait till you can heal it, then you place a pumpkin on it
@gerald Anderson i think they mean that all plants have to be off cooldown before planting another, if a wallnut is recharging, then you wait to plant other plants too.
@@iloveknife8798 what is red alert? Also, so what I meant is: He has wall nut and sunflower He plants a wall nut Until the wall nut is recharged, he can’t plant sunflower Similarly, if he plants a sun flower, he has to wait for a few seconds for it to recharge.
@@theteethcollector865 Strategy game, where building a structure causes all other building become unable to build until either the building is placed, or canceled. Same goes for building defense, if a defense is beeing build, it will disable the ability to build other defense until is is either placed or canceled
Survival pool hard but you have to buy the random zen garden presents and the plants that you get from them are the only plants you can use. If you get a duplicate you just use the mimic potato thing and if you get multiple duplicates then any duplicates past the first one don’t count and you can just get a new plant instead
@@Zero10945 I don't know. I forgot what other plants weren't re-introduced to PvZ2 Chinese Version. I just know it would be harder than this challenge where you can't use PvZ2 International Plants.
I also requested this challenge and dang this puts a smile in my face😍 Amazing vid as always💗 Anyway could you try it again with Survival Hard this time? It would showcase more the other plants who didn't appear in PvZ 2.
