I’ve done some bad things in my past and everyday I feel horrible about it. Everyday I hate myself for it and wish I could do better, go back in time, do something. I have the strength to seek forgiveness but I can’t forgive myself. Maybe one day I’ll find peace maybe one day I’ll find forgiveness, maybe one day I’ll forgive myself.

Some Notes/Things to think about: -It is about putting yourself in a place that you realize you are the only person who can influnce your own success, be monumental to your own success -Self-improvement is a never-ending journey becouse you cannot stop becoming better -Why are some things impacting me? => Start by trying to understand your own emotions, feelings, opinions, ideas ---->how do they contribute to me as a person? ------>Deciding whether or not these things are truly inherit to my character? Do they serve me to getting where i want to go? Or do I get rid of them? -Love yourself so much that you promote change for the better in yourself ==>Love implies that you care therefore if you care you try to indentify the negativity sources and eliminate or minimiye them
