I'm genuinely not even joking in the slightest when I say this; I used to put on subconscious ambiance videos on yt to help me fall asleep, and they helped, but even they started to keep me awake instead of putting me to rest. I could genuinely fall asleep with how calming and soothing it is to listen to u talk bro. I don't think our relationship will progress past being parasocial, but I don't need it to. The content most of us need , It's like a therapy online of the things we be telling to our self but making us feel we not alone on this battle , shot out to all those walking on those shoes and not giving up into trying to make stuff better .
What made that moment of letting go my previous cellf felt like an exhale was when eye was able to speak with someone about how and why that event took place..Then able to find words to categorize what & why that happened…To then realize, This is you also..this is growth. To see the views and perspectives you've pondered about on this channel appears as a fate sealed from within my journey. I share alot of the same thoughts as you. I always thought that thinking of life as this long (or short) journey was determined before the journey was started but something us as people dont understand is, the manipulation of our journey is at the base of our fingertips. It may take time, it can take blood, sweat, and tears, but alongside the result is the journey of life that made those struggles valuable. I know that results will come; hell, they are already here, but i've been too blinded to appreciate them. It may not be the results I have expected, but result isnt the end of the journey-- it is only the beginning to another section of your journey. It is that journey of continuing whether results are there or not that allow for a peaceful last breath when the time comes. I hope to cross paths with someone that shares the same perspective on life as you. It seems social construct and technological development has shaded our societies ability to percieve the value of life's journey without regard to even appreciating it. To whoever reads this, appreciate your own journey because once you've reached your previous idea of the top, there may feel as if there is nothing left; dont forget yourself, and one day, that 'top' will be the accumilation of appreciating your 'bottom.'

I've also been trying to stop justifying wanting to go back to places my ex took me when we were together. I had a fun time, and I want to share a similar experience I had with them, with the people in my life who I do still care about, without associating that location with my former person. I do regret how things ended on a sour note between us, but at the same time, if it didn't leave that sour taste, I wouldn't be able to enjoy the sweet taste of loving myself for who I am. I don't meditate in the traditional sense of sitting in silence, mostly cuz of my tinnitus, but I do lay in bed listening to my dark ambience and just close my eyes and just breathe. I never really considered it meditation, but I do always feel more like my head is clearer and less worried about stuff literally beyond my control. So basically yea I wouldn't go back and undo meeting them, cuz at the end of the day, it was a learning experience. I learned SOOOOO MUCH about myself and my own wants and needs and finally learning to stop putting everyone else's needs before my own, for their sake. 💯💯💯💯❤️❤️❤️

Can you talk about solitude and how it’s so important to be comfortable in it? In the sense that sometimes ppl keep “bad” company around just to not be alone. Or distract themselves because being alone means facing your thoughts. I used to hate being alone but now I love it and really got to know myself.
please make a video on why everything matters, I have my own thoughts on this & would love to hear the perspective. also a video on meditating would really help, I'm not new to the idea I've had my own experiences and I can see why it helps but its something I can never fully divulge into.
