OnlyOffice is a free, self-hosted, open source Office suite that can easily replace Microsoft Office. There is a really slick Desktop version besides the hosted multi-user online version as well.
Offering Project Management, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Documents, Spreadsheets, Presentations (like Powerpoint), Messaging, an Email client, and so much more.
The one thing I'll say is you should DEFINITELY follow their specs for running the server portion if that's your goal.
