The Happy Camper is heading to yet another Ontario Provincial Park in Southwestern Ontario - Selkirk in Haldimand County. He's here to camp - but he's also here to help small business in the area. More perch was had, (Sunflower Cafe), a local brewery visited (Concession Road Brewery), a stop at the historic Wilson MacDonald Memorial School Museum, and and dinner at Fresh Market Kitchen in Selkirk.

Nice to see you guys hitting some of the parks in my neck of the woods. While I really enjoy backcountry camping, my family doesn't. I go to these parks every year. Thanks so much for sharing!!!

Selkirk is a bit of a best-kept secret around here but the pandemic has really increased the knowledge of it. The only issue is their water supply, everytime a storm hits lake erie they seem to run out of water and have to start using water tankers. Just one of the issues of getting your drinking water from Lake Erie on a small budget. Otherwise a great park. I`ve been meaning to get out there and canoe that creek.

Aww isn't the sweet that the two dogs got some Beer bite's dog treat's ,so nice of them at concession road brewing company in Selkirk,. those perch on are bun from the Selkirk bakery sure are tasty .. love that place . glad you two got one . I think id like to read a few of author Wilson's books sounds interesting. looked like a fun day In Selkirk and the way to their Provincial Park .thanks for sharing the gift you folks received how nice .
