We have learned more from your live videos than anything. Answering questions helps also. Once a week is fine. We started the mesh bottom Beatle beds in shoe storage boxes, sitting on Wheat Bran in bins. We don't touch those Beatles but once in 2 months. 😊

You do you. We all have different priorities and desires. I think Discord is still a great option as it will also link your viewers to talk amongst ourselves for a lot of the questions or ideas.

I see you've touched on doing Live streaming, i would consider trying that again. Then you could answer questions directly, and potentially use some of those clips from the livestream as standalone videos, with extra information and such. You could slot an hour once a week and do that, it also does much better from a monetary perspective (vs ad revenue from normal videos) as people can do the donations and superchats? i forget what they're called on youtube lol. I also find that doing livestream is less stressful than normal videos, as you don't need to spend time doing content idea brainstorming, editing, etc.

Honestly Justin for me I get overwhelmed by the sheer number of vids that different people post so maybe doing fewer would be better all around. I'd rather sit and watch one vid several minutes long than several shorts.

My suggestion is to put your head into the tangible things like work and family (not in that order). 'F' YT and your audience. In the end, your family and livelihood are all that matter. You're talking about rehashing the same content, but doing it better. Right? Who will that benefit? Me or you, because I don't care. Take the family on a vacation and leave the electronics at home.
