@Spectrue Your comment seemed to say that Troy said this won't go on that long and then spent extra time introducing silly characters that led to sidebar comedic roleplaying - increasing the amount of time this will take. My response was meant to communicate that the guys have been doing this since day one and, in relation to book count, this adds no time. It just scales.

@garypoisson2733 yes, my comment was referencing the premiere episode of this series where all players placed their guesses as to how long the series would go. It specifically references Troy, who stated that the series would run for fewer episodes than everyone guessed. As the GM, Troy is able, to some degree, to set the pacing of the game. After being so assured in his ability to make sure that the game does not run as long, or longer, than the players predicted he added in an extraneous encounter that was logically unnecessary but a fun and comedic diversion. My comment was to humorously point out the conflicting juxtaposition of these two moments. And based on the 106 people that liked the comment and didn't object in any way, it appears that humor was indeed relatable to others. Yes, the Tom Exposition Effect is alive and well in the GCN. While I started listening when they were 85 episodes into Giant Slayer, I'm no noob and am well aware of how ridiculous Troy can get with characters. But thanks for explaining something I was already well aware of.

Please watch Androids and Aliens. It’s my second fave. I love everything they make from Delta Green to Time for Chaos but A&A is, of the same cloth as campaign 1. So….so good.

It’s so nice to be going thru the giant slayer campaign and know where things like the roll for initiative jingle come from🤣🤣. I was really freaking out when the halfling on the horse bowls in thinking it might be sir Willemet. I sure hope that guy survives, nobody ruin it for me!! I’m listening as fast as I can!!!😱😱😱

I think giving out the cap on the way back from the first break is engaging as far as timing goes. Might make a nice mini-segment to get viewers back from the little break. I like the idea of consistently giving a cap for a good play in the previous ep.

Pluto is a dwarf planet / minor-planet, and it sports 5 moons! So it will always be a planet in my heart. But it is only "one sixth the mass of Earth's moon" (Wikipedia). So it is basically just a future mining spot if Humans ever need a lot of Nitrogen. :P

As always, rly enjoy the new campaign and characters. Great job with the studio, the visual and audio quality! Here's a bit of constructive feedback/wishes, which could support the imagination of the audience at least on YT/twitch: It would be awesome to display your specific character art (maybe in a small box below on screen) while one of you is talking from time to time. Im pretty sure it would help to remind the watcher whos who and how they look like, especially in the beginning, where the naish is not that familiar with the new crew. Side-effect: More visibility for art designer ;) And as a follow-up on VTT views while fighting, it would be super nice to show every player depending, whos turn it is, in a small window below for a better orientation as a viewer. Maybe even find some addons for foundry who highlights the current turns token. Thanks again for the nice content :)
