Sebas is the opposite of Demiurge in many ways like their creators. Sebas and Demiurge represent how each of them wanted to be. Touch me wanted to be a white knight who brings absolute justice (which he couldn't do IRL) and Ulbert wanted to bring doom to all corrupt governments and rule the world as a villan (Which he died trying to). I love both of them but I love Demi a bit more because of his refreshing character and design that reminds me of Alucard (in Hellsing ultimate)
9:40 Regarding your comment regarding Sebas’ programming, his creator, Touch Me, barely put anything in at all for that, so as a result he takes much more after his creator in this world. I believe that’s how it went.
I mean, the Fingers were done from the moment Nazarick(Demiurge) became aware of them. The business with Tuare was just a bonus in that regard. (nevermind that the idea to take over the city underground might not have originated within Nazarick... :)
