One thing the anime doesn't explain is the fact that named NPCs were created by one of Ainz's friends, a guild member, and thus each NPC is first and foremost, loyal to it's creator, then Ainz since he is the guild master, and then the floor guardians, but since there's only Ainz, the NPCs are loyal to him, stay tuned for more answers to your questions in the next episodes

One you haven't noticed in the last episode is the bickering between the creator of Sebas (Touch Me) and Demiurge (The goat face). The relationship of their creators to other Supreme Beings also influences their relationship to other NPC's. The goat supreme being roleplay as an evil entity in the game while Touch me portrays his character as justice that saves the weak since in real life he is a dystopian police officer.

The new leader of the Pleiades is a character that hasn't been revealed, but she was mentioned last episode... In the meantime, the interim leader of the Pleiades is Yuri Alpha (the one with the glasses)... She was the second in command up until now....

The "Oh shit" moment of Demiurge showing up cannot be overstated. They were struggling against Entoma, who is actually one of the weaker members of the Pleiades, built primarily for support. Demiurge is not only stronger than probably any three of the Pleiades, Demiurge is one of the Floor Guardians, and arguably one of the most dangerous. Demiurge is a "Jack of all trades, master of none" build; he has very average stats(For Nazarick, and therefore still several orders of magnitude more powerful than New World denizens)across the board, and he is passably good at all types of fighting. He's also a brilliant strategist, and his shapeshifting capabilities that allow him to constantly modify his body means he can constantly change his fighting style to adapt. With any other Floor Guardian, you can learn their capabilities and adapt a fighting style around them, but Demiurge can constantly change how he fights to adapt to you.

nazaric hirarchi id supreme beings first, then floor gurdians, then area gurdians and then any custom made NPC. as for solution, she believed sebas is a traitor but now that it was resolved she has no consurns anymore. it should be noticed that Sebas never blamed her, he believed her actions are correct. ANY npc would have acted the same, including Sebas.

In this episode...there are bits and pieces of information or clues that will lead to the next episode... The woman in the mansion is part of the eight fingers names Hilma...there will be a reason as to why they took her... Demiurge's plan is so coordinated because of "someone"... The person demiurge said not to hurt is related to that "someone" that will later on be revealed on the latesr season...

However, Sebas disregarded it and only has his attention to the mission briefing itself. This clearly shows aspects of their personalities and the probable conflicting differences. Related to this and to the comment of " JA-mr5vl ", the EP 10 argument scene shows how they individually, for both player and NPC, think about which of the ways best benefits Nazarick. The argument between Touch Me and Ulbert in the past is about what is the best battle plan for Nazarick. The argument in the present between Sebas and Demiurge is about what is the best way Tuare could be of use to Nazarick. If you analyze their individual arguments against each other, (It can be cool to guess their POV) it may be said that in this specific problem Touch Me and Sebas is about being "considerate" while Ulbert and Demiurge is about being "efficient". It shows how similar is the player to their created NPC. Just think of the NPCs relationship with each other as cowokers and Ainz is the big mafia boss. Some have friendly relationship with each other, others a bit hostile, and others neutral. But in the end they all answer to Ainz and no one else

Renner is overly obsessed with Cimb like Kathy Bates was to James Caan in "misery". The quiet ones always are the ones to look for, the blonde (Hilma) is about to go to Nazarick but not a good destination for members of the Eight Fingers after they po'ed Ainz. Some of your questions will be answered next episode, but as always answered questions just lead to new questions. Keep on down the rabbit hole.

you know is like going to a restaurant and you want a nice dinning experience and the waiters are nice the prices are good then the soup comes and its so water down is like water yeah everything else is nice but the actual food cant be enjoyed properly thats what we got here cant enjoy the episode with this thin transparent soup

NPC’s are basically all equal in Nazarick. But they each respect the ranks the guild members gave them. So any NPC in Nazarick can order any mercenary or pop monster around. Even Eclair who is only level 1 can and will order around the Demon Lords, who are in their mid 80’s in levels. That’s why Solution is talking back to Sebas despite the fact that Sebas is much more powerful. But as you also see she will honor the fact that she is above him by doing what he says. Of course there is a limit to that. Since first and foremost Ainz, in that world, comes before everyone else.
