Always unlock golden hearts and then immediately do April fools. So many pickups turn into golden hearts which when you take health turns into tons of pickups. I ended up with full black heart and like 50 coins by the 3rd room

all of those "i don't know what that was" was probably red health also i don't watch anyone else who plays issac and talks, so my suggestion on who i would like to see on the show is maybe someone who isn't all too familiar with issac at all but has experience with issac style games for the funnies it could create. or someone who is just nice to talk and banter with

The save file pictures change based on your progression, if I remember right. Before he started the third save file it was a blank image, and has changed while going along.

I dont know if this challenge was changed some time before repentance but when i finished this challenge I could just run into enemys and I would get black hearts and golden hearts so i was always at full health.
