Fantastic! I’m headed over to Scotland from Canada this summer - visited the Isle of Bute in February. Would love to ride my 93 K1100RS over there. It’s a big flying brick - almost like the Richie and Jonny Grey of motorbikes.
I'm enjoying these K bike videos, thanks for uploading them. One thing you might like to look at is whether the throttle body rubbers are sealing well. That's a thing that can happen with them over time.
Thanks for watching and the nice comment. Yes that could make sense. I have got it to a pattern now that works, full fast idle to start, then ease it down within a minute to the next position and leave It there until it gets to first bar on temperature gauge, works every time.
Bonjour. Merci pour cette video assez complète de la K1100 LT . Je viens d'acheter exactement la même ,un modèle 1994 de la même couleur. J'en avais eu une il y a longtemps et j'ai replongé dans ce modèle. Bon, seul petit problème restant le poids a l'arrête lorsqu'il faut la manoeuvrer . Il faut se souvenir de ne pas la garer n'importe ou . La mienne a 83.000 km ,dans un parfait etat. J'habite en Bourgogne ,et je suis allé la chercher a Nantes .J'ai eu le plaisir de revenir avec ,750 km de bonheur. Ces machines semblent indestructibles . Le mauvais temps persiste en france depuis un bon moment , donc je n'ai pas encore pu la sortir a ma guise. C'est dommage que je ne parle pas votre langue ,car j'aurais bien aimé comprendre le sens de vos commentaires sur votre moto . Bonne continuation . Christian Fournier .
