For me, the most impressive mod that few people talk about these days is "Doom 4 Vanilla". Sure there are more expansive mods out there but D4V brings so much to the table while still being vanilla compatible. That, I feel, makes it one of the best mods out there. :)

second comment, but i gotta say thanks for the recommendation. ive got my hands on Hex arcana yesterday , and damn, i couldnt be more excited for a mod . ive combined hex arcana + hex fantasy monster pack + lost civilization map pack . and gotta say, thats the hexen game ive been waiting for =D thanks Toom =)

man Highway Acceleroid Booster was so much fun, i did help with sprites for it as well as drawing the main protagonist a whole lot because she's hella cool can't recommend enough, Kar En Tuk sprite artist approved lmao

thx for a great video ! the first ones , hex arcana and later the talk about dragons resonanted with an excelent and very underrated TC mod ive played recently, The inquisitor 3d its a full rpg game for gzdoom , with some decent voice acting , thou in some foreign language , and shame it has so little videos on YT about it . ive heard about it from Mr icarus , who mentioned it briefly , but damn , its really worth it . ive had an 8 hour playthrough of the campaign , and it was a blast. higly recommended ! the gameplay reminded a bit off ashes afterglow, but in a medival setting with character points and lvls . the TC has a magic system , inventory , and most importantly , connected and coherent world, like in ashes afterglow or strife . another similarity to strife, is multiple endings ,and one unique depiction of a hell , this time , with dragons rather cyber demons . if youll have time, it would be insanely great to see a video about it , or at least a brief mention .
