Maybe that self given title is not so deserved Holo remembering that a year to Lawrence is the blink od an eye to her. That log in the fireplace breaking as they talked about parting ways... That makes me sad At least Lawrence promised to take her to Noyhhira 😉 Hope they will make it all the way to Yoitsu someday though. But those hot springs in Noyhhira sure sound nice. I knew they were going to use that scene from episode 7 again in this arc. I guess we will soon learn what Lawrence overheard from that guy in the town square in Poroson while he was waiting for Holo... Marc seems like a good guy though. Lawrence is aeound 25 (in the novels at this point anyway). He had been a travelling merchant for around 7 years when he met Holo. He had been doing business in Pasloe and with Yarei for a few years as well. Another saying about drinking more to get over a hangover is "the hair of the dog that bit you". That one seems appropriate for our lonely wolf The log in the fireplace breaking just as Holo is talking about how she knows that even though she is falling for Lawrence it is impossible for there to be a happily ever after when a year to him is but the blink of an eye to her.
