check fuse 36 from the fusebox in bellow the media console. Infront of the gear shifter , you have to pull a plastic cap from left Side only. you will see a fuse box. Check fuse 36(check owner manual) ... 10A RED.
In my case I checked fuses 36 and 37. The fuses was ok and after returning them back, the infotainment was reseted and started working again. I had only set the clock again.
