@@PSICompanyPerformance After watching your video for the third time, I realized that by myself, finally. Also, as I now opened my EDU, I actually did not find any problematic soldering, even looking with a magnifying glass. Do you think it is still useful to resolder all those joints you've shown, just in case? Because I'm almost sure this EDU is the problem of my Corsa 1.7 DTI not starting at all. There are also other videos where I've seen some kind of a bypass wire soldered on the PCB. Maybe I should check those options (because maybe there is a dead condenser, etc.) Unfortunately, it is so difficult when I have no experience in this.

@@prehistoricboar4620 yes. Usually you need a microscope to see the cracked solder points...you dont have anything to loose really...just go ahead and solder it

There is a fuel return valve and a quantity adjust valve that are controlled by the EDU.

Thanks for watching. Yes i believe that the broken pins are indeed the problem. This one in the video is the EDU that is located in the back of the engine block, and your is the one on top of the engine that is the ECU. Thats a common problem in those. Usually i just replace those but those need to be coded to the car unlike the one on the video that is not coded. Good luck

@@PSICompanyPerformance had it open yesterday pin of and 4 10m bolts of had it checked out was ok i sealed back together now am not having priming when i turn on the key car runs on once I turn it of sometimes is hard to start it i have to spry some fly killing spray to have it come back to live once is running is ok drives ok max speed 70mph 😂

@@PSICompanyPerformance morning the edu was ok had all pins tested was ok the ecu has 6 broken pins what i noticed yesterday was 15mls drive reached down to the edu was bery hot is this normal am ordering a set of ecu from eBay well see if that helps before car started ok even with broken pins now random very hard to start it as i no longer hear the pump priming the system but once i have it started is ok

Thanks for watching In that case you need to desolder all those solder points in order to remove the board from the case since all the components in the other side are all glued inside the case.

did you try the fix on this video? also these cars have the ecu on top of the engine and you need to make sure that the plugs are clean and that there is no pin broken on the ecu plugs. also check the fuses good luck
