It's one of the one's you've already reacted to, "Warrior of the mind". Athena basically pulls Odysseus into a sort of dream scape to talk to him and remind him to not be so naive. She reminds him of why she picked him, because he outsmarted the boar when he was a child, and that he shouldn't stray away from her teachings that he's received since that day. He's supposed to be a warrior of the mind, and fight smart. She ends her lecture by telling him to not disappoint her, which evidently would make Odysseus be on edge after Polites _just_ got him to relax. Even so, Polites' ideal managed to break through a little in this song, and in the next saga, as well as throughout the 1st arc, you'll see Odysseus be affected by it and coming back to it, so his words have rooted in him a little bit despite Athena's warnings.

Butterflies can be associated with Thanatos, the god of death. It could be foreshadowing Polites' death.
