Actually,, did =) I remember my message just after Sword n Shield. Amid all the toxicity in the reaction, I was one of the few who gave the game a chance but did see the flaws. I wrote direct to Nintendo and Masuda, thanking them 1st and saying while non-linear towns and stories were a miss, I loved their idea with the Open-areas and almost kindly begged for more. We got more in the Expansions and I gave feedback this is definitely the route of promise for Pokémon as I loved the Expansions. They delivered

Oh, it is. People are divided on the graphics and art style of it, also it's being made by a different company so that might put off more people as well. Plus it's probably getting released a few months right after the remakes and it's just going to overshadow them.

If ist just the exact same game with no changes but an Style-Change, thats not ‚better’ but just ‚different’! There is no selling point other than brandname then; means, only the simpletons will buy it. If this situation i described does not change, well then... An Art-Style-Update is worth 0-2 Dollars. @@vintagefalcon3974 Of course it may be polished and fixed yet, but its really a bad sign that it does NOT look like a good game though. We just think it does cause we remember Diamond and Pearl. But from all we know, the company strategy and delusions that ruined Sword and Shield are still in full Effect. There was no Rail-Change, so obviously the Train arrives at its set destionation - if you get what i mean with that.

There isn’t much to mess up or alter without changing the core integrity of the game(which is what people want). I would assume they’d hold true to the concept of remakes.

@@MariOmor1 not really tho. It’s actually just like the old diamond and pearl, outside of battle you are a pixelated chibi, but when you battled a trainer it showed their full character model. However since it’s a remake of course they don’t it to be pixelated, so now it’s more animated

@@slevinchannel7589 I don't understand why so many people complain about "What's the point, if it's the same as the originals", when we have seen absolutely nothing about possible gameplay changes yet. Will there be the fairy type? Will there be megas? Will there be replacements for HMs? Will they change something about the gyms, the elite 4 and the champ? Will there be changes for the story? We know nothing other than the graphic style of the overworld and battles.

In Pokémon Legends Arceus, can you go many regions from Kanto up to Galar? Ever since I was a kid playing Pokémon Gold, Silver, or Crystal versions on my Nintendo Game Boy Advance handheld system. After you defeated the Elite 4 and the champion from the Johto conference league, you can go to the Kanto region to battle old Pokémon gym leaders like Brock, Misty, Lt. Surge, Blaine, Sabrina, and more. So can we travel through the Pokémon world in the game like in Gold, Silver, and Crystal?

Ok, but: Selling point where? If ist just the exact same game with no changes but an Style-Change, thats not ‚better’ but just ‚different’! There is no selling point other than brandname then; means, only the simpletons will buy it. If this situation i described does not change, well then... Seriously, even if they do slight changes like faster talking of NPC’s, thats only a selling point for something of 1 Dollar and below. I’m keeping an open mind about the DP remakes. I’ve seen quite a few people complaining about the chibi graphics, but if the story and gameplay are better than SwSh I think they’ll be good. Also, that Legends game is looking fantastic.
