My first thought was, is this really pure generative AI? Or does it combine traditional CGI technology like Unreal Engine with generative AI? That's what it means. However, it appears that this is generative AI itself, and a genuine revolution that will rewrite the history of computer technology is occurring.
They talked about that on the most recent "All In" podcast. One of their assumptions was that humans were used to tag and create a library of 3D objects and then generative AI would create the frames of those objects from different camera angles.
