[OpenBVE] Preview of Yishun LRT's Rejuvenation Program 

ICYMI: Yishun LRT will be undergoing a huge upgrade!
New Fleets, new announcements and new Platform Screen Doors are some of the upgrades commuters can expect! The old trains (YL150/A/B) will also be decommissioned from service. 🫡
As such, the Yishun LRT will be closed for systems test, as we await the arrival of the remaining new trains!
