I imagine that almost anyone who has large amounts of unboxed packs for sale - got them by breaking packs until they hit something big, and then tossing all the remaining packs in that box into a pile...

This is a good lesson about how easily your money can disappear in this hobby. Always keep that in mind kids! $1000 gone in 20 minutes.

This was my favourite put of the $1000 openings. You got almost a number card every pack and there was a good rookie year.

It’s not the worst shafting I’ve ever seen but for platinum it’s not great- and I like platinum, a lot. I bought so many 20-21 blasters on clearance and I’m so glad I did, super fun rip and got some good stuff from them. Hobby is often good and hope it’ll improve for bedard’s stuff.

Sorry to hear about your issues with the eBay Global shipping. I’ve had the same issues. Once they sent me a Paranormal activity video game instead of the Bedard Outburst I ordered. And right now, there’s a Cooley auto that’s been outstanding for a month.

Hey Zeeree. I just had a similar experience with a 1/5 soccer card I ordered from Australia. It made it all the way to my home city and then proceeded to loop from distribution center to distribution center for 4 days! I flipped out a bit as it made it around the world, only to go haywire within miles from my home. I got online and opened a case. For USPS it was a “where’s my package?” case - not sure what the Canadian equivalent of that would be. I wound up opening two cases and then spoke to someone from consumer affairs who had to have the barcode changed on the package, and the nightmare ended 48 hours later. Again, this was USPS, but I would hope however this was shipped would allow you to open a case and get in touch with someone who can remove the bottleneck you’re facing. I know how stressful waiting for something that’s almost irreplaceable is, believe me. I hope you’re able to fix the issue through similar means. I’m confident if I hadn’t intervened, the card would still be in limbo. Good luck!

Hey Zeeree, been there too! It took a month and a week to get my Pasta Young Guns from the US, it sat at the hub for 3 & 1/2 weeks without movement. Another card came from Texas regular letter mail and I got it in 4 days !!! Be patient it will come 😊

I got a nick robertson jumbo rpa with a nice chunk of leafs logo for 150, ended up being 205 with fees and stuff since it was from US. I think its so much easier to get a card from Canada on ebay. If this card was anyone but a prospect it would be thousands

Ahhhhh, when my buddy and I got really into the hobby in 2019, come 2021, we had planned to get that year's new OPC Platinum Hobby's and I believe it was all of the delays that made it so we DID NOT get to partake, and he went off into life (had to move for work), and I haven't even tried OPC Platinum once yet - waiting until he returns. I did, however, win an OPC Platinum Auston Mathews Base RC, BGS 9, off X earlier this year, so that's my first OPC Platinum tangible! This was a mess

The Global EBay shipping program is absolute garbage. Just got a refund on one card after a month. Now a second is missing. I’m in Canada and I’m no longer buying from the states.

The international hub for shipping between the US and Canada has been awful the last few months. I’ve had mislabeled parcels delivered to the wrong people after they relabel, cards just completely “lost” when they get there and significant damage to cards done at the hub. eBay seems to know they have an issue as refunds for issues at the hub seem much faster than others.

Had a case of cards sit at eBay intl from USA to CAN for about 3 weeks. There's no one you can contact to figure out where it's at, I'd just be patient nothing else you do...

Just gonna have to do this again. Redemption arc starts now :p

i bought the 1/1 kuzmenko stature rookie auto and had to pay an extra 20$ at customs for my card. maybe check your emails and see if they are trying to charge you to get it over the border

OMG I hear you on the ebay.. when you see a card in 'Glendale Heights Il" you know the tracking just stops. When you get that "EE"code at least it takes you to DHS or Canada Post.. but yeah.. it's like 2 months.. once it crosses the border.. 2 days..wtf.

Ebay Global Shipping is garbage, had to wait over 3 weeks for a really valuable card back in 2020. Stay patient and hope for the best.

I sent a PSA submission at the January, with the $13 tracked 6-8 day service. It sat in customs for 6 weeks with out a update. Was $1300 in submissions. Anxiety was through the roof. I could not get awnsers. But it finally made it. 6 to 8 days cheapest tracked options could mean 6 to 7 weeks
