Evolutions at the time and for years after the release was a meme set, it was famously garbage, they were throwing it in every single box product to try to get rid of it because it was overprinted and then was just shit so no one opened it. It's only spiked because of people trying to make money, the set itself is garbage and isn't particularly rare.

well I mean.....xy packs are like 34 a pop and booster boxes are like 800+? 36 per booster. 10 x 36 is 360.....so 30+ booster boxes at 800 is 24k+ easy. Nothing in the set is worth a ton tbh.

3 years ago, this was about $4000 worth of packs since evolutions wasn't really hyped up as much and most people didn't like it due to it being overly produced. Now, with a single pack being worth $10+, this is basically about $10,000 worth of packs. That's insane.
