Thanks , unfortunately due to price rises in the chip shop industry , it stopped us in our tracks , instead I’ve opened a street food business called nosh box 😁

Good luck. I live in U.S. I would like to open a shop , I've been trying to do research on good quality potatoes for chips , I'm having trouble with that.

You can do it! anything i can do to help let me know , next video on the chip shop coming this week , have you seen my video about making chip shop chips the secret is potato’s quality changes weekly , you can either find a good potao merchant or test a few different varieties each week

Russet burbank.. not just any old russet but a russet burbank should stand up to a Maris piper. I'm a British living in Tennessee now and have been debating opening a pie and mash/fish and chip truck

Disaster struck 🥲 oil prices and fish prices and gas prices rocketed up over the course of a week , and the landlord put charges up so it just wasn’t viable any more , I suppose episode 4 in my life was opening up the street food business - that was the next chapter , that’s going really well 🙂 Plus still have the fisherman’s kitchen - where I filmed how to make chip shop chips
