As a popper watching MT Pop's rounds, MT Pop's unlimited flow of creativity and musicality is frightening! It takes an insane amount of mindwork to not hesitate while the same time keep ideas and musicality going. His mind is in another dimension.
@@jbogle531 As soon as the beat dropped for round 2, all you had to do was look at MT Top's face, he was like.............."let's go I got this" , you could see it on his face. And the way he just walked into the beat. That was some cold blooded shyt. He just fell into the beat
One of my favorite MT Pop performances. I have watched it at least 25 times. Notably, G-CO’s performance was really good . He would have beaten 99% of dancers on any other day but…
Goodness MT Pop is sneaking up to having the spot as my favorite popper. Goodness his talent of allowing the song to become him is incredible. If you don't know what I mean, watch his first round again; his movements take you on a journey with the actual FEEL of the song not just hitting the beats of the song. Man, so inspiring.
Both were amazing. Mt Pop is a beast. However, I feel like there was some bias from the crowd. Maybe because MT Pop is that good and commands all attention. The other dancer killed it.
As of 2019, MT is in a league of his own from his unlimited creativity to his flawless transitions. He makes it look effortless and never compromises his fluidity even when hyped or provoked. Excited to see what else he'll be adding to his massive arsenal in the following years.
Greenteck and mt pop have already met at the Open Cat Last 9 Standings and at together time 2016 they met at 7 to smoke, and in singles they were about to meet in the final but mt pop lost with hozin in the semifinals.

I don't know if he's the best or what because I don't know Popping, but dude got style, can dance and got mad flow!!!!!!! I've seen Hoan, but he looks to be a more traditional popper. MT TPop is bringing something new to the whole game. He reminds me of us back in the Bay Area in the 70's/80's. He got that street thing going. Look at his face in round 2 right when the beat drops. He was like "I got this"! G Co is nice though, real smooth but MT PoP was on it in this battle.
Cool battle...MT is a beast!....crowd is funny there's moments that they were like oohh! And other moments that were dope movements and they were like not wowed....was the timing of on video with sound?
