How'd he find so many precise dancers with perfect bodies? The black start dancer with the endless legs? (Looks like they all trained in classical ballet first...and then jazz.)) Absolutely mesmerizing.
2014 Chinese Movie: " Gone With The Bullets" This music number was AWESOME so full of life and energy and I deeply appreciated the added on extended music near the end when the Woman dancer comes out solo followed by the rest of the dancers. This was powerful and boy did they get a work out. Loved it. I jst added it to three of my playlists
OMG!!! Who are these guys?? Performance of "Sing, Sing, Sing!" was amazing...but also that choreoraphy and the sheer talent, athleticism, and BODIES of the dancers!! Perfection!! Particularly loved the females' costumes, moves, and that Nicholas Brothers' leaps and splits. And the camera work. Words cannot really describe how BRILLIANT this production is. Where was it filmed?? Was this part of a movie??
Yes, this is footage from an actual movie, Its name is "Gone with the Bullets", directed by Jiang Wen. In the film, the scene with dancers lasts about half an hour. I promise you two hours of stage art if you go to watch this movie.
Not bad. There's dancing and then there's dancing. It could have been great if they had Jakub Zajaczkowski for the choreographer. When you watch and compare the two renditions you know exactly what I'm talking about.
I wish the guy on video editing could have done a better job. Hardly a scene longer than one second. He's all over the place. Other than that, great music and dancing.
It is a CABARET SHOW.. not the Swan Lake at the Bolshoi. Of course it has to look as you said: CIRCUS. Lighten up … have you ever been in a Cabaret Show? Crazy Horse (Paris) or Follies Berger? Obviously not.
