Opening up about living with OCD 

Just some clarification, I work in Health Care & my biggest OCD triggers have to do with cleanliness around the home after being at work.
This a judgement free zone. I know the internet can be a cruel place at times but I am hoping with the content I produce will help others seek help, not feel alone & know that things do get better after the storm.
