I am brand new to your channel, but like so many others here I see a lot of myself in you. Like, a lot a lot. And someone once said something to me that helped with my internal voice (the mean, abusive one with the loudest volume). They said, "some people are here to be the light for the compassion in others to follow". So, that helped me be gracious and really take-in the love others have shown me in my own struggles. Birdie Ironically, I have the things you talked about in your other video. The old POS house in the country with chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats.. In rural west Texas. I am so tired of it. Tired of dealing with skunks, coyotes, foxes and other preditors that make life more difficult. Tired of the complete isolation. It's funny and sad how, depression makes anything you have be the opposite of what you want 🙃

Girl I’m in SC. I used 5 rechargeable fans (10,000 mah each) every summer in my Santa Fe SUV. They kept me cool every single night, along with cracking my windows and keeping WeatherTech window covers in all my back windows. It was awesome.

Tip-to charge with your solar panels while you are away, I open mine up and put it in the front windshield like a window cover and make sure I am parked nose to the sun. It isn't as much as it would get outside, but it does charge my battery! Hope this helps.

I've been thinking about the roof and solar situation. It's not stealthy but I think mounting rigid panels to rails so that they are several inches off the roof would give you some relief from the heat of the sun as well as allow you to charge more of the time. There are bumper mounted cargo carriers. Just a thought. Another thought I want to share is that if people are buying you multiple gifts off your list, maybe you should put your bigger items on it. They decide how they spend their money and they're showing you how very much you matter. 💕
One of the things I do to help me and my dog keep cool is get a spray bottle and mist yourself. It really helps the fans work even better on those horribly scorching days. I also wear a cooling towel around my neck. They make towels for this purpose, and I do prefer them because they aren't as heavy, but you can use a tshirt or regular towel and it works just as well.
Water sprayer, water towel, water cooling head wrap and on really bad day keep your hair and t-shirt wet. It makes the difference between heat stroke or not
Try hangin up that table fan with bread ties to the handle on your ceiling. If you have zipties, that would probably work, but with bread ties you can move it whenever you want to.

It's not only a solar panel, charger, and compass, but it's also a flashlight with steady, SOS and strobe mode. 😃 I keep mine stored on the dashboard so the sun can charge it all day.

Love watching these. Tip for the trash can: Do Not throw the folding instructions away. Those things are a pita until you get the method into muscle memory. Solar and roof box. I don't know what size you are thinking about but if the box is the right size, you may be able to do both. If you do end up with roof solar, look at the new bi-directional ones. They not only gather power from the light reflection Under the panel from your roof but there are ones now that can even tolerate some shade without affecting output.
To help with sweat in your folds you can put unscented Deodorant. My OB recommended the roll on Ban that is unscented. I just use my regular Deodorant now, but I don't have sensitive skin. You might try it on your feet, too.

I just bought a used minivan but it's too hot, 113, down here in Louisiana. I'm 75 so can hardly wait for cooler weather to get things done. I'm planning on buying a flexible panel to put on my roof. Hope it works. I have a 100 watt panel with the legs for my 1st bluetti, 600 watt, but I just purchased a 1000 watt bluetti that was on a great sale so need more panels. I recently bought 'Farmer's Defense' gardening sleeves and they not only protect me from the sun, and from irritating leaves and such when outside - they actually make my arms feel cooler than any other part of my body. Way cooler than a long sleeve shirt or with just the short sleeve shirt. Like, they're magic - I put clothes on and feel cooler than being without them! Look into them.
