an ssh key is required anyway to generate the ISO file. Plus, that SSH Key is the only way to connect and troubleshoot the cluster if openshift API and GUI fail.
Its quite a good tutorial. But it's a shame that you have stopped here and you did not show how to install some simple storage (NFS maybe?) and images registry to make this cluster more useful. Most of the openshift's app deployment examples and templates are based on internal registry which does not exist.
