Just curious… how many aerobikas do you own? 😊 I have 2 but I’m thinking on a 3rd. I like to make sure they are good and dry between uses. I do have those days when I’m just not feeling good and don’t get them cleaned right after I use them.
In the past I’ve had up to four sets but now that I’m using a baby bottle sterilizer, I feel that going forward I won’t need as many. If you get one you can just pop them into the baby bottle sterilizer. I have a Bololo that has a 15 minute steam cycle and a 45 minute dry cycle.
In the past I had four sets, but now with a baby bottle steam sterilizer, I don’t feel I need so many. Also, the research from Dr. Falkinham shows that although every day we should do our best to clean our devices that bacteria doesn’t stick to it very easily.
I also have a vest, but I don’t believe it takes the place of an Aerobika and nebulizing. Many people do all of them at the same time. However, it’s best for you to experiment and also to get your medical team’s advice.
